Victoria Beckham lies to her children - by telling them she is still in the Spice Girls.The former pop singer - who is married to Real Madrid footballer David Beckham - has revealed her three sons, Brooklyn, seven, Romeo, four and one-year-old Cruz, had no idea what her job was before becoming a mother so she showed them 'Spice Girls: The Movie'. However, Victoria - better known as Posh Spice - didn't have the heart to tell her children the band no longer existed when they asked her about the group. "Despite her white lie, Victoria has ruled out a possible Spice Girls reunion with her former bandmates, Mel C, Mel B, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell. She explained: "I'm not sure that's going to happen we are all doing our own thing now. I'm not sure if I'm up for jumping around on stage any more, I don't think there will be a reunion."
Anna Nicole Smith is set to have the body of her dead son Daniel exhumed.The former Playboy playmate buried her son in the Bahamas on October 19, but now she is unlikely to be granted permanent residency in the country she may dig up Daniel's body to take back with her to the US. The 'Little Children' actress, who has a five-year-old daughter Mia and two-year-old son Joe, has warned people never to question her parenting skills. Kate threatened in Britain's Culture magazine: "People can throw anything they want at me, and be as mean as they like. But don't mess with me as a mother, because I will get out a knife and come after you! "The 31-year-old star says she felt "vulnerable" when she first became a mum and vehemently denies claims she abandoned her daughter Mia when she divorced her first husband Jim Threapleton. 'Desperate Housewives' star Marcia Cross is allegedly taking legal action to prevent nude photographs of her from being published. A firm hired to remove garbage from the pregnant star's Los Angeles home found over 200 personal photos of her being thrown out and are now trying to sell them to the highest bidder. The removal firm discovered the pictures when they arrived at the local dump and are now being represented by Phoenix-based agent David Hans Schmidt in their attempt to sell the pictures of flame-haired Cross. Scmidt told the New York Daily News newspaper: "There are some pictures of her showering outside. She looks absolutely gorgeous. And yes, the carpet does match the curtains."The pictures were not stolen. When you throw something away, you forfeit that property."We recognize the copyright issue, but US copyright law stops at the border."I'm not looking to mortify Ms. Cross, I just want the most money for my client."Cross, 44, and her husband Tom Mahoney, 48, are demanding the return of the pictures, their lawyers insist the images were thrown out by accident and the copyright belongs to the couple regardless. Schmidt - who earlier this year acquired the contents of Paris Hilton's public storage locker after she failed to pay the rent - is offering Cross the chance to buy back her photos, just as he did with Paris' locker contents. Schmidt claims to have also seen Cross' tax returns in the rubbish. He said: "I know how much she made, but out of respect for Ms. Cross, I won't discuss it."Cross and Mahoney were married last June. They are expecting twins in April and her pregnancy is to be written into the plot of 'Desperate Housewives'.

The 28-year-old star - the father of Britney's two sons, Sean Preston and Sutton Pierce - recently told People magazine: "If you want to hate me,cool, hate me. You know why? Because all it's going to do is help me. "The former backing dancer's debut as a rap artist has been heavily criticised. Britney has even tried to help out her husband by persuading her own fans to support his debut album release. Stella McCartney reportedly threatened to kill her stepmother Heather Mills during a heated row with her father Sir Paul McCartney. The fashion designer, who is currently pregnant with her second child, allegedly made the threat after learning that Heather had claimed that Paul had been physically abusive towards Stella's late mother Linda during their marriage. According to Britain's News of the World newspaper, a hysterical Stella had to be restrained by father Paul as she screamed: "I'm going to kill that bitch. Russell Crowe has revealed he would love to make Gladiator 2. The 42-year-old actor, who played Roman warrior Maximus in Oscar-winning film Gladiator, says he and director Ridley Scott (left with Crowe) are always thinking up sequel ideas - despite Crowe's character dying at the end of the first movie. Crowe told Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper: The idea of doing a Gladiator 2 comes up all the time but we have made it very difficult for ourselves by killing off my character in the first one. We have an idea but it never seems to have sufficient credibility. It just comes back at us and says, Are you kidding? Maybe we are kidding. Maybe we just enjoy talking about it. There have been many rumors about possible plots for Gladiator 2 including a prequel plot line, or a sequel with a descendant of Maximus as the lead character or even Crowe's character coming back as a ghost. Meanwhile, Crowe says he agreed to star in new movie "A Good Year" because it was set in the South of France. Brad and Angelina are currently in India shooting "A Mighty Heart", a story about American journalist Daniel Pearl, who was kidnapped and later executed by al-Quaeda terrorists in Pakistan in 2002. British security experts reportedly rushed to Pune, India, earlier this week, after being alerted by Pakistan that the couple might be targeted because of the political nature of the film. A source told the National Enquirer: "These former SAS men arrived to aid American bodyguards already watching over the superstars and their three children. The authorities genuinely feared that the star couple could be prime targets for terrorists. Elijah Wood had a fight with Jared Leto on Wednesday night it has been reported. The Lord of the Rings star exchanged words with the Fight Club actor at the MTV U Woodie Awards resulting in Leto trying to punch him. An eyewitness told Dlisted.com: Jared came over to Elijah's table and puts his arm on Elijah's back and started whispering stuff in his ear -occasionally pulling back to look him in the face. Jared then walked away and Elijah turned to his date for the evening friends and said something. This must have annoyed Jared because he came running back to the table, grabbed Elijah by the neck and started screaming at him. "Jared was overheard calling Elijah a fucking asshole. He then shoved Elijah and stormed off. Security arrived but Elijah assured everyone he was fine. Jared attended the awards with his band 30 Seconds to Mars and was said to be working the tables during the ceremony. Elijah reportedly smoked heavily throughout the event. Donny and Marie Osmond unveiled both of their caricatures at Sardi’s last night. Marie’s caricature, a better likeness, came as a surprise to her and everyone else in the audience including her brother Donny. She was shocked because she thought she was there to honor her brother and to present his caricature to him, but as seen in photos she got one of her own. Donny feels he has come full circle because it was Disney that started their careers and he is currently appearing in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast as the character, Gaston. Despite the fact that he thought it did not look much like him, he was so pleased and honored to be on the celebrity wall at Sardi’s. Marie Osmond has not accepted work in the past few years because she has been devoting her time to taking care of her sick husband, then her Mom who became ill after which their Dad needed care. The singer recently settled the custody battle with his ex-wife, and mother of his two eldest children, Debbie Rowe, and is now free to get on with wedding plans, according to Britain's Daily Star newspaper. Jackson, 48, is currently living in Ireland with 39-year-old nanny Grace Rwaramba who his children reportedly call "mum". The 'Thriller' singer's former nurse Debbie Rowe is the mother of two eldest children, nine-year-old Prince Michael and eight-year-old Paris, and agreed to let him raise them when their marriage ended. But this year she claimed Jackson was an unfit parent and filed for custody of the kids. Recently, however, Rowe, 48, agreed to let him keep Paris and Prince Michael in return for almost a million a year. The lawsuit was filed in the Bahamas on behalf of photographer Larry Birkhead, who claims he is the father of Smith's 6-week-old daughter, said Birkhead's attorney, Debra Opri. Meanwhile, authorities are investigating whether Smith legally obtained permanent residency in the Bahamas, where she has been living since the birth of her daughter, the country's immigration director said Thursday. Birkhead has been seeking a paternity test, claiming he is the father of Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern. He filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles seeking a court order to demand Smith bring the baby to California for a test. In the new lawsuit, Birkhead alleges Smith provided fraudulent information when applying for her daughter's birth certificate in the Bahamas. Smith identified her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, as the father. The lawsuit asks that Stern's name be deleted from the girl's birth certificate and replaced with Birkhead's. "I am the father of Dannielynn and I think this is ... a crime," Birkhead said outside court Thursday. "I expect to be reunited with my daughter with the help of my attorneys."

But they were denied landing rights by the air traffic controller (ATC) for want of prior sanction. So, the 'Mr and Mrs Smith stars went ahead and landed within the Umed Bhavan Palace compound. City administration officials said that they have no information about the case. 'We don't have any knowledge of the incident. We are looking into the matter and we will find out whether any rules have been flouted or not. But it is the primary responsibility of the ATC,' city magistrate B.R. Belu told IANS. The actors, their son Maddox and their 21-member Hollywood unit, were welcomed by members of the Jodhpur royalty at the palace hotel. A TV crew has been fired after allegedly trespassing at Brad Pitt's home in the Hollywood Hills, according to reports. It's claimed the camera operator and a producer for E! entertainment news unchained a gate at the back of the property last Thursday, before entering and filming the house, but ran off after being challenged by workmen. A statement from the US TV channel confirmed the pair has been "terminated", adding: "E! Networks did not instruct or authorize anyone working on its program to improperly intrude onto private property, and the individuals involved have been terminated. "Neither Brad nor his partner Angelina Jolie were at home at the time. This is not the first security scare the couple have suffered in recent months. Last month it was revealed a man tried to get a job guarding Brad and Angelina by impersonating a federal agent. In June, police arrested a photographer on suspicion of trespassing while trying to take a picture of their five-year-old adopted son Maddox outside his school in Malibu. A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Nicole's dad is getting her through it with a mix of professional advice, fatherly guidance and Catholic beliefs. Anna Nicole Smith did not appear Monday for a meeting requested by the attorney for an ex-boyfriend who claims to be the father of the reality TV star's 6-week-old daughter. The lawyer for photographer Larry Birkhead traveled from Los Angeles to take a deposition from Smith in the Bahamas, where the former Playboy playmate moved while she was pregnant and declared her current companion Howard K. Stern as the child's father. Birkhead filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles seeking a court order to demand Smith bring the baby to California for a paternity test. Her attorneys have argued the court does not have appropriate jurisdiction, but Birkhead lawyer Debra Opri (above left) said she would use Smith's nonappearance Monday to argue for dismissal of that challenge. "We're letting her know if she wants to make it this way, we're not going to make it easy for her," Opri said in a phone interview from Nassau. "This is a tragedy of a natural father, Larry Birkhead, who is being deprived of the bonding process of a father and his daughter." A Bahamian attorney for Smith said he believed Opri needs to work through local courts to demand a test from his client, who has obtained permanent residency in the islands. "If anyone is to be inconvenienced, let him be inconvenienced and bring this action here," Wayne Munroe said of Birkhead. Munroe said Smith stood by her decision not to voluntarily submit her daughter for testing. "If this young woman thinks advertising will sway my client, she is rudely mistaken," he said, referring to Opri. In a statement Monday to syndicated TV show "Extra," Stern said the meeting to take depositions was "nothing more than a publicity stunt." Smith may be facing eviction from the New Providence, Bahamas, home where she is currently living. A real estate developer from Myrtle Beach, S.C., tells People magazine that he owns the property. G. Ben Thompson said he purchased the million-dollar home in August as a favor to the reality star, but he added that she thinks it's a gift. Thompson said that if Smith does not move out he will formally evict her — even though he doesn't want to embarrass or humiliate her. A lawyer for Smith would not confirm or deny Thompson's claims. It's unclear whether or not the eviction would affect her residency status in the Bahamas. A hearing in the paternity case has been scheduled for Thursday at Los Angeles Superior Court. If Birkhead is confirmed to be the father, he could receive visitation or custody rights and possibly a large amount of child support. The baby girl, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, was born on Sept. 7, three days before Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel died while visiting his mother and half-sister in the hospital. A private examiner has said Daniel died from a lethal combination of methadone and two antidepressants. Local officials were expected to announce this week whether they would call a jury inquest into the death.

After an absence of more than two decades, Angela Lansbury will return to Broadway this season to co-star with Marian Seldes in "Deuce," a new play by Terrence McNally. The play concerns two retired tennis players (played by Lansbury and Seldes) who meet again at the U.S. Open. It will premiere May 6 at the Music Box Theatre, Jim Byk, a spokesman for the production, said Monday. Preview performances will begin sometime in April. Michael Blakemore, who directed such hits as "Benefactors," "Noises Off" and "Copenhagen," will direct. Additional casting as well as the show's design team will be announced. The 81-year-old Lansbury is a four-time Tony winner, having won Broadway's top honor for her work in "Mame," "Dear World," a revival of "Gypsy" and "Sweeney Todd." Her last Broadway appearance was in a short-lived revival of "Mame" in 1984. It was then that Lansbury, who has also appeared in such movie classics as "Gaslight," "The Harvey Girls" and "The Manchurian Candidate," went to television for a long run as Jessica Fletcher in the CBS mystery series, "Murder, She Wrote."
A Criminal court judge on Monday warned a lawyer for hip-hop artist Foxy Brown that the rapper would be arrested and thrown in jail if she failed to appear again in her New York assault case today. Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, in a written letter to the judge said she was unable to attend the hearing because she was recovering from an oral surgery. The judge, Melissa Jackson, on Monday rejected a motion by Brown to withdraw her guilty plea and said the sentencing would be held today. She warned that if the rapper failed to show up, she would void a plea deal sparing her jail time and sentence her to instead of probation.In August 2004, the 28-year-old rapper hit and kicked two women in an argument over a $20 payment for a manicure at Bloomie Nails. Brown pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault charges but asked to withdraw her plea after she learned as part of a 3-year probation she would be required to undergo periodic drug testing and attend anger management classes. In the last two years, the rap artist has fired three lawyers, delaying her case each time. Brown has also failed to show up for other scheduled proceedings. She once stuck her tongue out at Jackson, which led to her being handcuffed to her seat in court until she apologized.

Oprah Winfrey was scheduled to tape an interview with Madonna this week about the pop singer's planned adoption of a 13-month-old boy from the African country of Malawi. The interview is scheduled to air on Winfrey's talk show, a spokeswoman for Harpo Productions Inc. said Monday. It will be Madonna's first TV interview about the adoption. Madonna traveled to Malawi on Oct. 4 with her husband, Guy Ritchie. They spent eight days visiting orphanages she is funding through her charity. The child, David Banda, was taken to London last week after Malawi's High Court granted Madonna and Ritchie an interim adoption order. Madonna, 48, has said she acted according to the law, but the toddler's father, Yohane Banda, said Sunday he didn't realize he was signing away custody of his motherless son "for good."Madonna has two children daughter Lourdes, 9, and son Rocco, 6."Now, for the first time, Madonna speaks out with her side of the story on the adoption controversy."The 48-year-old mother of two will tell Oprah about her decision to adopt the 13-month-old boy after visiting his orphanage and reveal whether she will keep him in touch with African roots. A spokesman for Madonna yesterday insisted David will be "free to live wherever he wants" when he turns 18. Madonna has been granted 18 months of foster care for David while she applies to legally adopt him but human right campaigners plan to launch a legal battle to prove that she side stepped Malawi's strict adoption laws. David's father put him in the care of the orphanage after his mother died, and he now claims he believed Madonna was only going to raise and educate his son before returning him to Malawi.

The father of the 1-year-old boy who Madonna plans to adopt is saying he didn’t realize the pop singer was taking the toddler "for good," the Associated Press reports. "Our understanding was that they would educate and take care of our son just as they were doing at the orphanage," Yohane Banda, 32, told AP in a telephone interview on Sunday. "I am just realizing now the meaning of adoption." The statement is a shift from earlier remarks Banda made when he struck out at human rights groups that have tried to stop Madonna from adopting his son, David. On Sunday however, Banda said he was confused about the meaning of the adoption papers he signed earlier this month in court, which allowed a Malawian judge to grant the singer and her husband, Guy Ritchie, a temporary order to take David, who was flown to England where the couple and their two children live.

"Part of me wants to shake up people's perception of me, just shove me in a blender," he told the magazine in an exclusive interview on the set of the fifth Harry Potter film, "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." "It's a really challenging play, and if I can pull it off we don't know if I can yet I hope people will stop and think, 'Maybe he can do something other than Harry,'" he said. In "Equus," Radcliffe will play a "troubled young man with a religious-erotic obsession with horses," the magazine reported. Actress Jane Wyatt, the prototypical housewife and mother in the television series "Father Knows Best," has died at age 96, her spokeswoman told CNN Sunday. Wyatt died Friday of natural causes in her sleep at her house in Bel Air, California, said Meg McDonald, Wyatt's goddaughter and publicist.A spokesman for Gates Kingsley & Gates Funeral Home in Santa Monica confirmed the death. Before taking her role in the television series, Wyatt had already established herself as a television pioneer, serving as host of the "Bell Telephone Hour." Hollywood actor Wesley Snipes, wanted in the US on tax fraud charges, is on a movie set in Namibia, according to film officials in the African country. Edwin Kanguatjivi, chief executive officer of the Namibia Film Commission, told Reuters news agency that Mr Snipes had been in the country since August. Namibia has no extradition treaty with the US. Mr Snipes is accused of failing to file tax returns and falsely claiming nearly $12m in refunds.
