  Jean Shafiroff Jean Shafiroff, philanthropist, TV host and author, celebrated her birthday with a crowd of well-wishers at her residence in New York City in Honor of American Red Cross and the victims of the California fires.  To  honor New York Fashion Week she wore four different outfits from designers including, Wes Gordon for Carolina Herrera, Victor dE Souza and Malan Breton.
