Once again, beautiful philanthropist and style icon Jean Shafiroff made a striking entrance at the Parrish Art Museum Gala in Watermill, New York. This time Jean wore a hand painted black, yellow, and white " modern art" gown designed by Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim, the two new designers for Oscar de la Renta. The fashion house produced only two of the striking gowns - the one worn by Jean Shafiroff and then the sample. Jean Shafiroff , known for her spectacular ballgown collection , was recently placed on the Daily Fashion Report's 2018 International Best Dressed List for her ballgowns. Others on this list of 10 best dressed individuals included Anna Wintour and Meghan Markle. ****  "Even though my past was hard, I was blessed." -- ChaRtistic **** ChaRtistic We recently attended a great performance Of  Chavez Robinson AKA ChaRtistic at the waterfront restaurant LIC Landing By Coffeed.  Even with thunder storms, rain and lightning, the show went on. The show was fantastic. ChaRtistic sings with his heart and so many people stayed and endured the storms to listen to a great talent.  Talking with ChaRtistic, he said music is his dream. He talked about being able to pick up any instrument, play a few cords and then he knew how to play it. Amazing talent and a very special person with a very special family. I am very lucky to be able to walk out my front door with stunning views of Manhattan and to be able to see such talent right at my doorstep. CHAVEZ ROBINSON WRITES HIS BIO I am Chavez Robinson, I am Autistic, I was un-diagnosed until I was 22 years old. Autism alone is hard enough and is still diffic

REASON WHY I HATE LIAR AND CROOK DONALD TRUMP

Image
New Yorker Trump Cover I started to write this for a Facebook reply to a celebrity who thinks the new Cover In The New Yorker is horrible. My reply got so long, thought is was better on Times Square Gossip. I have known and photographed Donald Trump for over 30 years. I have been in his apartment, I have been to Mar A Lago, I know this guy. One Celebrity who I will not mention posted saying The New Yorker has hit a all time low with their cover of Trump.  This is what Trump has done to this country. The most highly regarded publications are getting down in the shit with Trump. Bush and Obama had class. Even when you disagreed with them, they answered you with class. Trump is a proven liar. He was well before he was president. Those of us who know him and have photographed him and written about him for 30 years knows what he is. A piece of crap. Trump is not only unfit mentally to be president, he is trying to set up the world so he can be the ruler.

JEAN SHAFIROFF MAKES 2018 BEST DRESSED LIST

Image
Jean Shafiroff Fashion Best Dressed in Ball Gowns: Jean Shafiroff Nobody is as associated with ball gowns, or wears them with as much verve, enthusiasm and commitment as philanthropist, businesswoman, and author Jean Shafiroff (her first book, “Successful Philanthropy: How to Make a Life By What You Give,” is an inspirational and comprehensive guide to giving).  She wears a variety of labels, but among those, you will likely see her in quite often are Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, Dolce & Gabbana, and customized designs by B. Michael and Victor dE Souza, for whom she is a muse.  She is not afraid to repeat, has fun with fashion and sees fashion as an art form. Her full-on ball gowns are quite grand and entrance making, and while they are as notable as her tireless charity work, she is always quick to emphasize that it is her philanthropy and humanitarian efforts, which are her top priority. JOHNNY DEPP AND AMBER HEARD AT COMIC-CON

Image
Fantastic Beasts E! NEWS -- Johnny Depp drew both cheers and boos at Warner Bros. Pictures' 2018 Comic-Con presentation of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald on Saturday, an hour and a half before his ex-wife Amber Heard joined her Aquaman co-stars on the same stage. It is unclear if the two, who divorced in 2017 after a turbulent marriage and breakup, interacted at the convention. They did, however, come within as little as 20 minutes of running into each other outside the San Diego Convention Center, E! News has learned. Presentations for Warner Bros. Pictures' new films were held at Hall H. After Depp helped promote Fantastic Beasts, panel discussions for Warner Bros.' Lego Movie 2: The Second One, Godzilla: King of all Monsters, Wonder Woman 1984 and Shazam! were held, after which Heard, Jason Momoa and several other of their fellow Aquaman cast members took the stage. The actress and Depp have not been spotted together since befor

COOKING WITH MARILYN MICHAELS & MARK WILK'S

Image
How Not To Cook Marilyn Michaels and Mark Wilk’s new book, How Not to Cook, for the Rest of Your Life, is the first ANTI-cookbook. Equals parts biography, self-help, and scrimp-n’-save philosophy, this laugh-out-loud rant, served up by America’s premier comedienne/impressionist, is a no holds barred empowerment-driven read covering such topics as: TRAVEL I don’t wanna hear the words: “It’s just a little turbulence.” Years ago on a flight to Vegas we started to nose dive, and everyone began to scream and cry out for “Mama!”… which is something I do without losing altitude…just like I don’t forget the pain of childbirth. I remember every contraction. Whenever I had one, I would tell myself, “Stupid, remember this.” NANNIES I don’t believe women should raise their children by themselves. It’s the real reason mothers set their babies afloat in a basket on the Nile. How do you think Moses started out?...an over extended mother! DISHING When m
