**** HAMPTON'S BEST COVERS **** Jean Shafiroff In Social Life Social Life -- Jean Shafiroff ’s world may seem filled with glamorous charity balls, but the reality of her day-to-day life is filled with hard work. The author and humanitarian brings a strong consideration for people and animals to all that she does for charities in the Hamptons and beyond. Shafiroff, who was most recently honored by the Southampton Animal Shelter, wholeheartedly dedicates herself to elevating several causes. She does this by chairing or otherwise organizing memorable fundraisers with humility and grace. She also gives generously of her own time and resources. Her goal? To inspire potential donors’ enthusiasm for the organizations whose causes she believes in. “Local organizations especially rely on summer fundraisers to survive,” says Shafiroff. “Without the capability to fundraise, a lot of these groups would have a very difficult time.” Pick Up You
