Image
Maintaining proper weight is a challenge for women of all ages. However, the older you get, the more difficult it can be. It has been found that 90% of women experience weight gain between the ages of 40-55, not coincidentally, during perimenopause and menopause. While nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes are critical elements to weight loss, balancing your hormones and reducing overall inflammation after the imbalance that perimenopause and menopause caused, is vital to your success in maintaining a healthier weight. Balance 3H Plus is the answer for women over 40 struggling with weight loss.
We are fortunate to be living at a time when the study of medicine is growing all around the world. Spearheaded, in part, by positive and renowned physicians like Dr Siobhan Kealy and Dr John Salerno and their colleagues, this research proves previously elusive correlations, like the links between hormones, hunger, metabolism, and weight loss. It is also breaking totally new ground: for ex…

Image
Stonewall Inn Was Made Landmark In 2015
We got this E-Mail from Corey Johnson's office. It is about more landmarks for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender. We think this is a great idea to save our historic sites before they get torn down. Dear Friends:
As a preservationist, I have always believed that the cultural significance of a building is as important as its architectural significance.
To that end, since I was elected to the City Council, one of my top priorities has been to help achieve individual landmark status for sites of significance to the LGBTQ movement.
I’m happy to report that yesterday the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission began the formal process of granting individual landmark status to six sites of significance to LGBTQ history!
They are the LGBT Community Center at 208 West 13th Street, the Gay Activists Alliance Firehouse at 99 Wooster Street, James Baldwin’s residence at 137 West 71st Street, Caffe Cino at 31 Cornelia Street, the Women’s Li…

AND he did! On August 5th, 1979, at the age of 18 and right out of high school, he flew one way to New York with $500.00 in his pocket...although he never had flown before, really didn't know anyone in NY, and had never really been outside of Conway! That was 40 years ago!
