The New York Daily News is onto this love affair story between TMZ's Harvey Levin (left) and Larry Birkhead. We told you yesterday in the comment section of our website that the fallout was coming and today Ace Gossip Reporter Ben Widdicombe has something to say. The fact remains I have received hundreds of complaints from readers that TMZ has blocked Pro-Rita Cosby supporters from placing comments on their site and Harvey Levin has slanted the truth for his own needs. Harvey Levin now has become part of the story. What Harvey Levin did not count on was the loyalty of almost everyone in the media to Rita Cosby who is an award-winning journalist and is loved by all in the media for her professionalism and fairness. The fact remains that media outlets have made access deals with Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead is unfair reporting, whether for money or not. These so called side deals slant the news and does a dis-service to the millions of Americans who trust these media outlets. CNN should be ashamed of allowing Harvey Levin to get away with this and I can understand why Larry King is fuming, as he is an honest newsman who already got taken by Howard K. Stern. Larry should demand that Rita Cosby be a guest on his show to give equal time to a highly respected newswoman. Below is the New York Daily News Story. I urge you to write TMZ and CNN and tell them you will not stand being fed slanted news! PS: The lawyer should ask tmz to reimburse you any expenses for computer repair as well as lost wages. Even if you got paid by your company for the day off, it was probably taken as a vacation or personal day, one less that you'll have, should you need it in the future.

Grandma, I was just pointing out that MJ also "shook" his baby when introducing him/her during the interview. The baby was on his lap or knee and his (Michael's) leg was shaking like crazy.
It's my experience that usually when someone body reacts like that, it's a sign of nervous energy. Larry, having neices and nephews has had a lot of experience around children, as per his sister Judy during one interview. Seems to me, Larry could be more calm about holding his child.

Yes, Debra Opri responded to me on three occasions between Florida and the first TMZ blog! Along with others, I am certain, we've seen a side that some might not understand from her hard-driven effort on behalf of Larry Birkhead to get the DNA harvested before ANS' body was shipped off to the Bahamas. She was extraordinarily professional, kind, and not once demeaned her client.
What Larry Birkhead has done unto her is one of the most dispicable actions of the single and biological father for which a once multitude rooted on his behalf though we did not know the truth at the time. When I say we didn't know the truth at the time, I do not make reference to sexuality but unethical life values and the dishonorable sell-out of an innocent little baby for monies to sustain lawsuit after lawsuit!

Dannielynn is not walking but she is crawling, and that's relatively new, sometime this summer. She wasn't crawling when she was on the Larry King Live Show in June.
Have boycotted ALL coverage by ET/The Insider so didn't see the programme, but I did see a clip of her crawling.
I would say there's likely some 'Developmental Delay' evident. I have two grandsons who were both born in December and when I visited in June, both were crawling all over the place. There also appears to be a problem with her eyes, especially the left one, as it turns in quite a bit.
Hopefully, they've done a complete neurological workup on Dannielynn because she will need intervention at an early age.
I am NOT criticizing Danielynn, just offering my opinion of what I have observed.

In the end, I believe that Opri will get her fee. She deserves it.
There were a lot of us that supported and even prayed for Larry to be able to take his baby girl home. And, I do not think that it took a week before we became so very disillusioned. Many of us hoped against hope that maybe Larry was just pressured into co-operating with Howard K. Stern. Then we thought well, maybe he is just worried about tying up loose ends concerning Danielynn's inheritance. Finally, the birthday party and the cruelty demonstrated by the Sternoids (regular Stern supporter bloggers) towards Virgie. Mocking her because she could not see her grandbaby on her 1st birthday. That was quickly followed up with the "OK" magazine story; causing us to realize that Larry and Howard were thick as thieves. Another blow came as the amount of money that was being earned by interviews and photo ops came to light.
The anniversary of Daniel's death came and the Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern camp began to attack Virgie because they said the flowers she brought to Daniel's grave were plastic. They bragged that the flowers placed by Howard K. Stern were much finer. But, the flowers weren't from Howard they were from Danielynn. Danielynn paid for them just like she pays for every single dime spent by these two free-loading, unemployed, ne'er-do-wells.
And, now I hear that gigolo Larry Birkhead is going to use his little bread-earner again by exploiting her in front of the cameras on a daily basis. The absurdity of it just boggles the mind.
I think how poor Anna Nicole made such a huge fool of herself as she was exploited on The Anna Nicole Show. She was laughed at and mocked because her life was in a complete spiral. Exploited to the fullest because she was needy and sick. Used by the people that were supposed to be the people she counted on. She trusted them. Instead of helping her, these parasites sucked the living breath out of this woman.
And now they want to use her orphaned baby in the same manner.
HORRIFIC!
Maybe E will change it's mind in light of current sentiments about Larry. Very few will want to see him exploit his daughter and have Stern hanging around.

I was not banned however I did have posts that would not go through. IMO and in my case they were banning content, and this was happening to a few of us on another site way before Rita's book. I think there were certain words or phrases that were flagged. We ususally would "tweek" the post and then it would go through.

You have to deconstruct the entire post to discover what word or combination of letters is kicking the post.
It's all preprogrammed into the server at their end. Nothing nefarious about it.

I said waaaay back, during the Florida trial, that Stern and Howard were once lovers and that we would all see the two of them together when all was said and done. I got attacked for that, too.
I said waaaay back that Anna collected sperm specimens from her men friends, telling them she wanted to get pregnant, but didn't want the father involved.
When the paternity was called into question, all the men lined up, thinking Dannielyn could be theirs.
Anna told Larry she chose his sperm to use.
Howard's plan was set into motion.
Howard is sterile, by the way. Radiation treatments for testicular cancer. He has only one ball.
Hence his Napoleon complex.
Oh, and he's bald, too. Did you all know that?
Anyway, Anna was preggers and she said she wanted nothing to do with the father.
But Anna couldn't keep her news from Larry. She told him and helped her out during her pregnancy. He just never figured she really meant what she had said: "I don't want anyone to know who the father is, which means you can't play a part in the baby's life after she's born."
Well, this pissed Larry off. It was his kid, after all.
But Anna's decision suited Howard just fine. You see, almost from the start, Howard saw the baby as a potential heir to Anna's estate (her past, present AND future estate). Howard would have to get custody of that baby somehow.
A little research and a helpful suggestion from a friend led him straight for the Bahamas -- a country that has the most liberal laws concerning father's rights. If both the mother and the man say that he is the father and the man's signature is on the birth certificate, then -- voila! The man is the legal father!
But Anna's son was getting older now. And his mother really worshiped the ground he walked on. And Howard's instincts were telling him, "This kid doesn't like me."
The kid was already talking about finding a way to get his mother away from Stern. Well, that couldn't happen. Better get him out of the picture before he becomes real trouble.
Besides, getting rid of Danny will result in one less heir to worry about. If anything should happen to Anna, the money will go directly to the baby -- another reason it would be best to get rid of the kid.
So, how about crushing up some methadone tablets and putting it in his food and drink when he flies in to see his mother? The kid will be starving. He'll gulp it down so fast, he won't taste anything funny. Plus, the kid's on anti-depressants. The combination will be lethal.
"Anna," I'll tell her, "we can't afford to bury Danny. We need to do something big to generate some cash. Quick!"
And then I'll suggest we get married.
But Anna said no. And then she said no again. And again. And again. She wouldnt budge.
Must be because in the back of her mind, she really suspects I killed her son. I mean, she says it often enough -- even where people can overhear her.
"Okay, then, how about a commitment ceremony?"
"Oh, all right, Howard! Leave me alone, my son is dead."
Badda-bing badda-boom, ching-ching Voom! ET is called and all is arranged. At least the ceremony would give the appearance that Howard and Anna are in love. The ceremony would convince everyone that Stern's Dannielynn's father.
That damn Birkhead guy won't let this go. His lawyer managed to have a court demand Anna submit the baby's DNA.
Well, Stern couldn't allow that to happen either. Freaking Birkhead was complicating everything!
Desperate means call for desperate measures.
"I wanna boat," I'll tell her. "Don't you want a boat, Anna? Remember how nice it was, sailing around with King Eric and his wife? Remember how calm and serene you felt? I wanna boat. For you. I want you to have a boat."
"Okay," she said. "Where we gonna get one?"
Stern arranged everything. He called King Eric to see if he knew of a boat for sale. I'll tell him about Anna's TrimSpa gig in Florida and ask him to have the boat ready to sail back to the Bahamas at the end of the first week in February.
Anna told Howard how she wanted the boat to look. Almost all of her requests were fulfilled, except the ones that would have been cost prohibitive.
Id it possible to give someone sepsis on purpose? Some might accuse Stern of knowing the answer to that question. Anna had a raging infection by the time she arrived in Florida. Coincidentally, the same kind of infection killed Howard Marshall's interfering son unexpectedly. He was fine on a Friday and dead on a Monday. But how could Howard possibly delivered the infectious agent into Marshall's blood without be detected?
Anna's sepsis entered her bloodstream when a needle punctured an infected cyst on her buttocks. If anyone has ever had a cyst, they are clearly evident on the surface of the skin, even if they are not level with the surface. They are purplish in color. They look like giant, puss-filled headless pimples. The last thing one would want to do is stick a needle into one, much less all the way through one.
When a doctor lances a cyst, he is very careful to cut only the surface, where he has applied a local anesthetic. You wouldn't want to go clean through the cyst because all that infectious puss will leak and mingle with the blood. Each time your heart beat, your blood would carry all that germy junk throughout your entire body.
Perhaps Plan A was to cause Anna to get so sick, she wouldn't be able to attend the court hearing later that week.
The first signs of sepsis are pain in the area around the place of entry, followed by a rapid onset of high fever. Then the patient falls into a coma, and then, once it reaches the brain, the patient expires.
If caught early enough by intravenously administered antibiotics, you can save the patient. Oral antibiotics are not as effective as those given by IV and are practically useless once the fever reaches 105 degrees. At 105, the juices in your skull literally begin to cook your brain.
Although Anna should have been brought immediately to the hospital as soon as she arrived in Florida, someone just had to cause an alarm by stirring up a big todo.
Stupid Moe and his ice. He just had to get ice. The blabbermouth can't be trusted, even if I told him to be quiet and let Anna "sleep it off." She would have died from the sepsis and that would have been the end of it.
But nooooo! Well, Stern would just have to go to Plan B, which should have been Plan A all along.
Everyone knows what a drug-addict Anna is. Stern made sure he saw to that. And didn't Anna's mother go on national TV and warn Anna that she could be next? Well, that sounds an awful lot like: "Anna killed my grandson."
Hee hee. Snicker! I'm so glad now that I convinced Anna to go on ET to express to the world how much she hates her mom. It wasn't all that hard to make Anna believe her mother accused her.
One thing's for sure: Anna just can't make her court date. So what to do?
What to do?
Stern knew what he would do. He would tell Anna about the long ride on the boat back to the Bahamas. They would be leaving at around 5:00 that night.
"I want you rested," Howard would tell Anna on that fateful morning. "Get plenty of sleep. I'll go take care of the boat."
"Howard, I feel like shit," Anna moaned. "I can't go on no boat."
"Not in the condition you're in now." Howard reached for the chloralhydrate. "Here, take some more of this. This will help you sleep. Let me get a glass."
Howard fills the glass about 1/3 of the way.
"Hey," Anna protests weakly. "I'm only supposed to take two tablespoons of that stuff. It gives me a headache and it makes me smell. I can smell it coming off my skin!"
"Actually," Howard corrected her, "you're only supposed to take two teaspoons. Not tablespoons. But who's counting?"
"Oh, Howard, you always know how to take care of me."
"Right, so drink it down."
Anna pouted. "It tastes yucky."
"Anna," Stern said sternly, but gently.
"Okay." Anna took the full glass and drank it down.
When Howard later discovered her dead shortly before the arrival of King, his common-law wife Brigitte, Moe and his wife, Howard removed the soiled clothes from Anna's body. He would have slipped an oversized shirt on her, but his company was due soon. He covered her up in the heavy comforter and placed her baby bottle with the Pedialyte next to her head.
Then he left the room and headed for the elevator. He didn't want to be the one to discover Anna dead.
But Moe and company greeted him as soon as he stepped off the elevator in the lobby.
Damn Moe again! Well, I can't leave now. I'll have to go back upstairs with all of them.
Which he does. On the elevator, it occurred to Stern that he would have to let someone else discover him. He had the perfect excuse to leave. Maybe I can get Brigitte to stay in the room with Anna. While I'm gone, I'm sure she'll see Anna's not breathing.
Except Moe asked Taz to stay back, too.
Damn that Moe! Well, maybe Taz will be the one to discover her. At least it won't be me.
Brigitte was the first to notice Anna didn't look right, lying there unmoving. She may have also noticed the foul air in the room ... the odor of feces ... the smell of death.
An odor that somehow didn't faze Taz.
Whoever the freak is that copy/pastes wall of text signing it Sven is doing that constantly on the flower blog at tmz.Page after page after page.

As a matter of fact, I do think it's Larry doing this. And one of the 3 reasons they gave for banning Einstein was that she was sending in too long of a post. So every day, I cut and paste one of those monsters and email it to Gillian Sheldon, the Supervising Producer of TMZ. Yeah, I know she loves me too...
