The New York Daily News is onto this love affair story between TMZ's Harvey Levin (left) and Larry Birkhead. We told you yesterday in the comment section of our website that the fallout was coming and today Ace Gossip Reporter Ben Widdicombe has something to say. The fact remains I have received hundreds of complaints from readers that TMZ has blocked Pro-Rita Cosby supporters from placing comments on their site and Harvey Levin has slanted the truth for his own needs. Harvey Levin now has become part of the story. What Harvey Levin did not count on was the loyalty of almost everyone in the media to Rita Cosby who is an award-winning journalist and is loved by all in the media for her professionalism and fairness. The fact remains that media outlets have made access deals with Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead is unfair reporting, whether for money or not. These so called side deals slant the news and does a dis-service to the millions of Americans who trust these media outlets. CNN should be ashamed of allowing Harvey Levin to get away with this and I can understand why Larry King is fuming, as he is an honest newsman who already got taken by Howard K. Stern. Larry should demand that Rita Cosby be a guest on his show to give equal time to a highly respected newswoman. Below is the New York Daily News Story. Howard and Larry want to know ALL of the sources and references to Rita's book now--it sounds like they want a sneak-peek on the DISCOVERY process before they file their Complaint. I know Rita has her ducks in a row and is awaiting this infamous (alleged) upcoming libel suit--and so am I, it should be another good (amusing) read.
Personally, I'll never believe e.t. again because I felt they played right into Howard's story and now TMZ has gotten into that creepy territory too.
Harvey's problems have just begun--a lot of people are cancelling aol because of their affiliation with what appears to be an underhanded TMZ (and letting them know it).

One question though:
How come nobody ever mentions that Anna made a habit out of asking various men for sperm specimens, and that Larry's was just one among all the others that lined the shelf?
Larry never had sex with Anna Nicole. But he believed Anna when she told him that she had chosen his sample.
After Anna died, Birkhead was determined to get his hands on that baby, not because he saw himself as a doting father, but because he knew the baby would be his ticket to fame and fortune.

I did not want to take pictures or release any statement concerning my visits. However, Anna's birth mother brought Splash News with her to the cemetery (or was it the other way around?) and then claimed in an interview that nobody visited Anna and Daniel.
Unfortunately, I have learned to anticipate this type of exploitative expression of alleged love and took the necessary precautions. I sincerely hope that Splash News has the decency not to make this a pattern for all future anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays.

When most children are around their parents, they tend not to act up as much, as when they were not. When Daniel died in the Bahama's they found multiple drugs in his system, including methadone. Methadone is a drug that is given to Heroin Addicts, to gradually get off Heroin. Supposedly, Anna Nicole Smith was getting "Methadone" from a doctor in California when she was 8 1/2 months pregnant. She was seen making out with him, while Snake Howard K. Stern, watched. It makes you wounder... was the percription in the "allias" name really given to Howard? Was the methedone found in Anna's house planted by Howard and his accomplices? Why was her house ram-sacked days after her death? Why did her bodyguard "Big Mo" just "remember" that Howard K. Rita's book is great. She brings the human side of this story to the people. People that need to know the truth.
There are a lot of facts that point to a very suspicious set of circumstances. These facts are incredible. We old biddies have studied the evidence in these cases and I believe we are all appalled that these pieces of evidence have been totally overlooked or ignored.
Virgie Arthur has lost her grandson and then her daughter. She has been belittled, besmirched, and viciously attacked by bloggers on TMZ that had no goal except to keep the evidence in these cases from coming to light. They could not argue with logic and so the bloggers resorted to attacking Virgie and the "old biddies" with the most foul language I have ever read in my life.
The truth needs to be told to the American and Bahamian public. The only thing that we have wanted from the very beginning is to know the truth.
Not one "old Biddy" wants anything else but the truth. And then and only then Justice will be served.
