The New York Daily News is onto this love affair story between TMZ's Harvey Levin (left) and Larry Birkhead. We told you yesterday in the comment section of our website that the fallout was coming and today Ace Gossip Reporter Ben Widdicombe has something to say. The fact remains I have received hundreds of complaints from readers that TMZ has blocked Pro-Rita Cosby supporters from placing comments on their site and Harvey Levin has slanted the truth for his own needs. Harvey Levin now has become part of the story. What Harvey Levin did not count on was the loyalty of almost everyone in the media to Rita Cosby who is an award-winning journalist and is loved by all in the media for her professionalism and fairness. The fact remains that media outlets have made access deals with Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead is unfair reporting, whether for money or not. These so called side deals slant the news and does a dis-service to the millions of Americans who trust these media outlets. CNN should be ashamed of allowing Harvey Levin to get away with this and I can understand why Larry King is fuming, as he is an honest newsman who already got taken by Howard K. Stern. She also says that Harvey had a bad screaming habit. He ranted and raved to the point where people would check the hallways to see if it was safe when he was on a tear.
There's certainly no arguing that he's made a success of TMZ.com. It was a complete joke when he started it and is now taken seriously by a lot of people.

I'm new here myself.
I believe I was banned from TMZ because my posts have always indicated that am by no means a Stern supporter.
I have only recently been able to post to TMZ for one or two reasons: I managed to successfully change my IP, thus getting around their banning protocol, or as a result of the news posted here about TMZ's blocking Cosby's detractors, TMZ has stopped banning people.
The article here was the first I heard that TMZ was banning people. I do not find it difficult to believe because Levin has been in bed with Lin ever since Lin came into the picture.
By deleting all the "Howard is bad" posts, it creates the perception that he has more supporters than detractors. Although Levin is afforded a degree of latitude, considering the kind of site TMZ is, but he has apparently crossed the line.
It is a person's right to disagree with a point of view, as long as the dialog remains civil.
As a matter of fact, two nights ago on the 1-year birthday blog, I had a terrific conversation with a person who said that during the 12 years or so that Anna could have contacted her mother.
I pointed out that for the most part Anna was prevented from contacting Virgie.
But she responded by saying that there had to be times when Howard wasn't around and it was at these times that could could have reached out.
I had to concede. I wrote back, telling her that she was right: Anna could have called back, but didn't.
I considered the conversation "terrific" primarily because it did dissolve into a tirade of name-calling. It was constructive, I feel, because it resulted in a new notion to consider: How come Anna called her mother only under the most dire of circumstances? Surely, she had more opportunities.
The only explanation I could offer the young lady I spoke to was that, if every time I called my mother and she lectured me about the company I chose to keep, I would be hesitant to call my mom, too.
The point is...the conversation was civil, despite having taken place by two persons whose points of view couldn't be more different.
You're lucky you had a civil dispute with a person with an opposing opinion. Normally if you disagree with the blog-queens, the ones who came here from TMZ and worship Virgie they will attack you personally as if you've insulted one of their own family members.
Isn't it just like a Sternoid to twist the truth. It has been the Folks just seeking the truth about the deaths of Anna Nicole and Daniel that have been attacked in most most appalling ways. Why are you here? Do you want to start causing the same kind of chaos here that was at TMZ? I believe that if you want to post your comments in support for Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead and Dr. Eroshovitch and any of the other characters in this whole horrible saga fine. But, I do believe it is you that has come here and started attacking the former TMZ bloggers. If you have an opinion fine, post it. Otherwise please do not come here with the sole purpose of taking Folks away from the topic at hand.

I was talking to another blogger who had a "civil discussion" with someone with an opposing opinion. Then I mentioned what I read that took place yesterday. Personally, I hope the inquest goes forward, but my opinion is that ALL the players have lied. ALL of them. That should not warrant any personal attacks. It's JMO.

It's not the general public who fought nightly over this child on E.T. but the two remaining players who have bonded together to save themselves and their questionable relationship. There's a deeper story to all the deceit which has been captured on video, tape, and printed transcripts.
It's these same two players who have continued to exploit this child via magazine covers and E.T. for the almighty buck (millions of bucks) and, therefore, violated the rights to privacy of an innocent baby.
Together, they are the one's who are destroying the chance of this child having a normal life not the rest of the world.
It is being proven that Anna Nicole surrounded herself with two sick boys the last two years of her life who still haven't matured. They, obviously, were never taught responsibility or accountability for their actions as they were physically maturing as they cast blame on any and everyone for the life predicament they have created.
They've blamed Opri, Mrs. Arthur, Jackie Hatten, Rita Cosby....who will be next?

Virgie Arthur has said she was the only person who visited the grave of Anna Nicole's son Daniel on the first anniversary of his death. Au contraire!
TMZ has obtained this photo of the gravesite. The yellow and white flowers are plastic, courtesy of Virgie. So who left the two bouquets? It was Howard K. Stern.
Stern gave TMZ the following statement: "I visited Anna and Daniel twice yesterday under the cover of darkness because I did not want the media to capture my private moments with loved ones. In the early morning, I brought two baskets of flowers from Dannielynn, myself, and others. When I visited again late at night, I found plastic flowers drilled into the ground next to our flowers.
I did not want to take pictures or release any statement concerning my visits. However, Anna's birth mother brought Splash News with her to the cemetery (or was it the other way around?) and then claimed in an interview that nobody visited Anna and Daniel.
Unfortunately, I have learned to anticipate this type of exploitative expression of alleged love and took the necessary precautions. I sincerely hope that Splash News has the decency not to make this a pattern for all future anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays.

Why on earth would the cast of characters appear on a blog? I wouldn't think they would do something so unprofessional... I could see them hiring an asst. to make notes of stuff that might have to be addressed in court. I know they dictate to Levin (which is why we all got booted)...

Sepsis: A friend of mine got this after stomach surgery; dead w/in 10 days. In his case, the doctors had failed to close off two small veins in the gut and they bled for 8 hours before it was discovered. I bless his memory for the joy he brought to so very many.

hi passing thru...i really do think the boys write ALOT on tmz as they are buds with harvey and it looks like they even dictate what harvey prints...swims in the ocean appears to be hks to me ...cosby does porno some think is larry...i think larry posts and uses alot of different names..but yes..i DO think they post here..even fugly bonnie ....as always my opinions

Why on earth would the cast of characters appear on a blog? I wouldn't think they would do something so unprofessional... I could see them hiring an asst. to make notes of stuff that might have to be addressed in court. I know they dictate to Levin (which is why we all got booted)...

Sepsis: A friend of mine got this after stomach surgery; dead w/in 10 days. In his case, the doctors had failed to close off two small veins in the gut and they bled for 8 hours before it was discovered. I bless his memory for the joy he brought to so very many.
James asked BHR: Where can Butterfly be found? She is at TMZ, Criminal Probe, as well as other TMZ sites.

Virgie Arthur has said she was the only person who visited the grave of Anna Nicole's son Daniel on the first anniversary of his death. Au contraire!
TMZ has obtained this photo of the gravesite. The yellow and white flowers are plastic, courtesy of Virgie. So who left the two bouquets? It was Howard K. Stern.
Stern gave TMZ the following statement: "I visited Anna and Daniel twice yesterday under the cover of darkness because I did not want the media to capture my private moments with loved ones. In the early morning, I brought two baskets of flowers from Dannielynn, myself, and others. When I visited again late at night, I found plastic flowers drilled into the ground next to our flowers.
I did not want to take pictures or release any statement concerning my visits. However, Anna's birth mother brought Splash News with her to the cemetery (or was it the other way around?) and then claimed in an interview that nobody visited Anna and Daniel.
Unfortunately, I have learned to anticipate this type of exploitative expression of alleged love and took the necessary precautions. I sincerely hope that Splash News has the decency not to make this a pattern for all future anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays.

Thanks! I still can get on by going the long way around. Get tired of the constant crap by Lynda and Jane and their stupid aliases. They did not want us bringing the light of truth. Every time valid points were made, they would demand to see the links! They only argue with the posters but never present any new opinion. I had fun dressing up one of the posts last night! lol I knocked out almost all the extra verbage swims put in it!
Does any one really think the cast of characters really visits these sites? I would think not. I would think they would have better things to do. If you think they do visit the sites, then who is who?
