The New York Daily News is onto this love affair story between TMZ's Harvey Levin (left) and Larry Birkhead. We told you yesterday in the comment section of our website that the fallout was coming and today Ace Gossip Reporter Ben Widdicombe has something to say. The fact remains I have received hundreds of complaints from readers that TMZ has blocked Pro-Rita Cosby supporters from placing comments on their site and Harvey Levin has slanted the truth for his own needs. Harvey Levin now has become part of the story. What Harvey Levin did not count on was the loyalty of almost everyone in the media to Rita Cosby who is an award-winning journalist and is loved by all in the media for her professionalism and fairness. The fact remains that media outlets have made access deals with Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead is unfair reporting, whether for money or not. These so called side deals slant the news and does a dis-service to the millions of Americans who trust these media outlets. CNN should be ashamed of allowing Harvey Levin to get away with this and I can understand why Larry King is fuming, as he is an honest newsman who already got taken by Howard K. Stern. Larry should demand that Rita Cosby be a guest on his show to give equal time to a highly respected newswoman. Below is the New York Daily News Story. The Bahamas' delay in holding an inquest into Daniel Smith's death is now causing "genuine concern", US legal sources said yesterday.
Howard K Stern should be called as prime witness to clear up several matters surrounding Daniel's demise, and the lifestyle led by the boy's late mother, Anna Nicole Smith, they added.
Exactly one year after Daniel's death at Doctors Hospital, US cable channels were this week asking: "Why the hold-up?
What's going on down there?" CNN's Showbiz Tonight programme said the inquest was long overdue.
Tribune sources in California and Texas said it was important that Bahamian authorities "get their act together" and clear away growing suspicion surrounding this case. Speculation is mounting that "political connections" are being used to block justice. One legal source said: "There is no doubt that certain people are terrified that this inquest will proceed. Intense investigations are underway into this case from outside the Bahamas, and the deeper they go the murkier it gets."

The US media's interest in the Anna Nicole saga was rekindled last week by the release of TV personality Rita Cosby's book, Blonde Ambition.
Discussion is now focused not only on Howard Stern's friendship with Larry Birkhead, father of Anna Nicole's baby Dannielynn, but also the whereabouts of the cover girl's fortune.
"When Larry Birkhead was in Nassau, he made some very damning statements to Bahamas police about certain people," said a source. "These allegations centred on drugs and money, and they are contained in a deposition which resides in police hands."
Meanwhile, American lawyer John O'Quinn, who represented Anna Nicole's mother Virgie Arthur during several Nassau court hearings, is waiting eagerly for a libel action by Stern to proceed through the US courts.
A Tribune source said: "We just can't wait for this to go ahead. We want it so bad."
Stern took action against O'Quinn over certain remarks the attorney made during TV interviews earlier this year.
He has now also threatened a libel action against Cosby, who has laughed off his warning by claiming Stern was trying desperately to divert attention away from the real issues.
"We stand by the book 100 per cent," she said.

I have DSL, which means I have a "static IP." The IP is a string of numbers that serve as your "address." It's much like a telephone number. Your home address can be identified through your phone number. The IP is your computer's "phone number."
Sites like TMZ identify you by your computer's IP.
A "static" IP, like your home phone number, cannot be changed.
People that have DSL or cable connections have static IPs. The old 56K modems did not have static IPs. Everytime you turned your computer on and dialed out with an old modem, you received a new IP address.
But for those with DSL or cable, because you have a static IP, even programs that claim to "change" or "hide" your IP will not work.
So if a site bans your IP, you are out of luck. Right?
Wrong! There is a workaround.
Here are the ABCs:
The thing I plug my computer into is called a Router. The Router then is plugged into the phone jack on the wall (or cable jack, if you have cable).
So the hookup looks like this:
Computer --> Router --> Wall jack
[Note: The router's address is also referred to as its GATEWAY. Just tuck that little tidbit in the back of your mind. You're going to need to know it later.]
Every router has an address (or Gateway). It looks like this:
ROUTER ADDRESS: 198.768.1.123
In order to change your IP address, you need to "call" your router so that you can look at its settings.
If I type that number into my browser's address bar and hit enter, I am able to see the settings of the Router.
The screen you see will probably not look like mine (unless you have a router made by 2Wire).
You should see four types of settings you can change: System, Broadband Link, Home Network, and Firewall.
You want to select the settings for SYSTEM.
Under "Details," you need to look for the link (or button) that says, "Restart the System."
It will ask for your password. This would be the same password you used for your MAIN e-mail account when you first signed up with your internet service.
After you enter your password, you may need to confirm your desire to restart the system.
As your system restarts, your router will reboot and establish a new connection. In the process, you will also be assigned a brand new IP address!
You may be thinking, "Why don't I just shut off my router or unplug it? Won't the router reboot and give me a new IP address?"
The answer to that is no, unfortunately.
You have to do it the way I described above.
Now, where can you learn what your router's address is? Simple.
Follow these steps:

2. Control Panel
3. Network and Internet
4. Network and Sharing Center
5. Click on "View Status" (blue type)
6. Click on the "Details" button
7. Write down the number where its says, "Default Gateway."
XP:
1. Start
2. Control Panel
3. Network Connections
4. Right-click on your connection
5. Select "Status" from the popup menu.
6. Click the tab that says, "Support"
7. Write the number where its says "Default Gateway."
Now type that number exactly as you have written it into the address bar of your internet browser.
Follow the directions above so that you can restart the system (of the router) so that you can be assigned a new IP address.
You will find that any sites that you have been banned at are no longer able to ban you!
By the way, once you type in the router address and access the router's settings, bookmark the page so that you can access the page quickly in case you need to change your IP.
This technique also works as a way to get around the wait period that certain download sites that limit how much you can download at one time.

- DL just had a beautiful party, typical of kids in her social strata. Her security is well provided.

When a former TV Journalist tries to cash in on the ANS saga it crystallizes the story for the average person. The average person pays attention. And in Cosby's case, the public has rejected her notions.

**Anna isn't alive to despute ANYTHING. Even her own lawyer is in cahoots with this mess. There is no one REALLY defending Anna after her death, they are continuing abuse her name after death.

We finally got confirmation starting 3 days ago that they had been blocking access.
We've gather around 27 names of people had their ability to post on TMZ denied at the same time, under the same set of circumstances.
First you cannot post with no notification
Emails asking if their is a problem go unanswered and all at the same time and all regular posters who had opinions unfavorable to Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern
We have enough to prove that they did this...........they should have to explain why.

Discussion is now focused not only on Howard Stern's friendship with Larry Birkhead, father of Anna Nicole's baby Dannielynn, but also the whereabouts of the cover girl's fortune.
"When Larry Birkhead was in Nassau, he made some very damning statements to Bahamas police about certain people," said a source. "These allegations centred on drugs and money, and they are contained in a deposition which resides in police hands."
Meanwhile, American lawyer John O'Quinn, who represented Anna Nicole's mother Virgie Arthur during several Nassau court hearings, is waiting eagerly for a libel action by Stern to proceed through the US courts.
A Tribune source said: "We just can't wait for this to go ahead. We want it so bad."
Stern took action against O'Quinn over certain remarks the attorney made during TV interviews earlier this year.
He has now also threatened a libel action against Cosby, who has laughed off his warning by claiming Stern was trying desperately to divert attention away from the real issues.
"We stand by the book 100 per cent," she said.

I received a letter from TMZ stating that I would be "unbanned" and that I would be permitted to post in a few days. That says without a doubt that, yes I was banned.
There has been talk about viruses and Trojans. I had two of my computers crashed with so many viruses and Trojans that my computer guru neighbor was shocked. Not only that the Trojan that really concerned him was one that could watch every word I typed. It took weeks to fix my computers and my laptop was sent back to the factory. I am ill much of the time and my laptop keeps my mind occupied. I was miserable. Where the viruses and Trojans came from I do not know. But, I have been wondering.
I still have problems every once in awhile with my laptop but I hope that it will be ok.
Folks this is serious stuff going on.

Actually Einstein, I don't think they do have to explain. (Please don't get me wrong. I'm definitely not defending them.) I commented about this on the last thread. It's not about freedom of speech if it's a private blog. They are the host and we are the guests just like in someone's home. They have the right as the host to throw anyone out. It's as simple as that. (Again, I'm not saying it's right.) I could be wrong, but I don't think there is grounds for legal action for that.
AS far as them possibly infecting our computers, well that's altogether a different story. Last I heard, deliberately spreading malicious worms, viruses, malware IS against the law. If there is any suspicion that they've done this and are STILL doing it, it needs to be looked into.
