OSO At Southampton Inn
Wine Spectator Magazine’s annual Restaurant Wine List Awards recently recognized OSO at Southampton Inn for its extensive wine program. OSO’s wine list received the 2011 Award of Excellence, of which only about 2,800 Awards of Excellence have been handed out to restaurants across America. OSO offers a selection of 140 different types of wine, and houses a collection of 590 bottles, specializing in wines from France, Italy and California. Executive chef, Bryan Naylor, takes pride in the program in which he carefully hand-picked the collection. This year will mark the 30th anniversary of Wine Spectator Magazine’s Restaurant Awards program.
