BRITNEY SPEARS AGREEMENT EXTENDED

Britney Spears

Former troubled singer Britney Spears will share equal custody of her children with Kevin Federline until 2010, after a judge extended an agreement allowing her to see the kids during her Circus world tour. Britney negotiated a deal with ex-hubby Federline earlier this year, which allowed her to take her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, around the globe while she is touring. Federline, who has primary custody of the children, travelled with Spears entourage, and the deal worked out so well for everyone, that Spears was granted extra time with the children, splitting custody equally. The deal was initially agreed until the end of August, but lawyers for both parents have agreed to extend the order until the end of 2009. Britney will still be allowed 50/50 custody, and even more at certain times, according to TMZ.com.
