Federline, who has primary custody of the children, travelled with Spears entourage, and the deal worked out so well for everyone, that Spears was granted extra time with the children, splitting custody equally. The deal was initially agreed until the end of August, but lawyers for both parents have agreed to extend the order until the end of 2009. Britney will still be allowed 50/50 custody, and even more at certain times, according to

Britney Spears

Kevin Federline has given ex-wife Britney Spears permission to have her two sons join her when she tours Europe for her upcoming concerts. Britney finished her North American shows in Montreal on Tuesday evening and will head to London in June to continue her Circus world tour. The pop star will then spend six weeks touring Europe, but Britney will not have her children along with her. Her ex. husband will allow the boys to travel abroad to see their mother. Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan is insisting his client has agreed to help Spears juggle childcare arrangements while on the road outside of the United States. He tells OK! magazine, "(Federline is) more than happy to help facilitate Britney being able to see the boys on the European leg of the tour."(Although she) should not have to sacrifice visits with her boys while pursuing her career, Kevin has even been able to make sure that Britney can maintain the boys' regular schedule, even though she's on tour."

Court documents filed in Los Angeles California Superior Court on Monday by Spears attorneys indicate the singer has been forced to pay more than $2.7 million to her lawyers over the last 11 months, including the cost of her divorce and custody battle which ended her two-and-a-half year marriage to rapper Federline. She has also had to give up $113,000 to fight a civil suit against a former manager in a Florida court as well as another $26,000 for a traffic case stemming from August 2007, when she was caught driving without a valid California license. Spears paid another $4,600 to hire a private messenger to deliver confidential legal documents as well as another $25 to book a private courthouse to keep the legal proceedings out of the press spotlight . Spears previously paid $374,000 to cover Federline's legal fees, which were not included in the accounts. Former Britney Spears hubby Kevin Federline, is hoping to give other fathers a cash break as he launches a new children's clothing line that won't cost a fortune. Federline was looking for ideas for his new range at the Project trade show in Las Vegas Nevada on Tuesday, and is insisting his clothing will be "reasonable" and very well made. He tells WomensWearDaily, "I'm trying to take it seriously and make a quality product for kids but not have parents pay like $500 or something ridiculous for a pair of jeans. "You buy your kids a pair of True Religions then they roll around in the dirt like kids do and a $200 pair of jeans is gone. With this economy, I'm looking to do something much more reasonable."

Britney Spears

Britney Spears ex-husband Kevin Federline is planning to accompany the pop star’s upcoming tour dates, so the former couple’s sons can spend time with their mother on the road. Federline was granted full custody of the boys last year, after his pop singing ex suffered a series of much-publicized breakdowns. Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has revealed his client is not averse to planning a schedule around his ex’s upcoming concerts, which kick off at the beginning of March, so Spears can hang-out with her sons in between concerts. Kaplan tells E! News that Spears will probably see her boys on "pretty much the same schedule that she has now" under the terms of the new agreement. He adds, "Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country. He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful." Kaplan also confirms Federline is dating former professional volleyball player Victoria Prince, adding, "She is a very solid person, and they are really great together." The full details of the new custody arrangement are expected to be completed by the end of the week.

I didn't really wanna think about the reality of it. I never faced it ... I just ran."The break-up brought back painful memories of her split from pop singer Justin Timberlake. Toxic singer Britney Spears is very happy that her custody battle with ex. hubby Kevin Federline is over, because she can now concentrate on "getting better". Federline and Spears finally agreed on the custody of their two sons, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, during a hearing at Los Angeles California County Superior Court on Friday. Spears was ordered to increase her monthly child support by $5,000. There were no amendments to Spears’ visitation rights, she currently enjoys three days and one night a week with her children. But Spears’ attorney Laura Wasser says the singer is delighted with the agreement, because her sons inspire her to improve her mental health.Wasser tells, "She’s thrilled. To have more time with her kids has been her motivation to get well. In light of her outstanding conservatorship, she couldn’t have asked for anything more." Spears was admitted to Los Angeles psychiatric clinic earlier this year. Doctors said the 26-year-old was no longer a danger to herself since being admitted and treated for her increasingly erratic behavior.

Britney Spears ex. husband Kevin Federline wants her to be allowed to see their children. Spears was stripped of her visitation rights to sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, last month after she had a breakdown at her Beverly Hills, California mansion at the end of a scheduled visit. But Federline, who divorced the singer last March, says he would approve of Spears regaining access to the kids as long as her parents accompany her. Spears' lawyers failed in their latest struggle to reinstate the singer's visitation rights at a hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday with the judge refusing to change Spears' current access levels. After the hearing, Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan insisted his client wants to see the situation resolved as the children need their mother. He says, "Both sides want to see the day that visitation can resume. It is a question of working out details on how that can happen. Mr. Federline looks forward to his children having their mom in their life." Kaplan adds Federline "is doing everything that he can to make up for the fact that the boys are with him and keeping family around and trying to have them not aware that there's any change whatsoever. "He's doing great at being a parent."

Public Relations powerhouse Michael Sands quit as the spokesman for Kevin Federline's lawyer a few days ago, because he’s sick of attacking troubled Britney Spears. Sands fears attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan has gone too far in his custody battle with Spears, and he felt he could no longer be part of Kaplan and Federline's team. He said, "This is overkill, it made my stomach turn. Every time we had to go into court, yes we have to protect the kids. But every mother, healthy or unhealthy should see their kids… You can’t blame someone for mental illness."Mark Vincent Kaplan needs to lay off. Everyone has to lay off before Britney dies accidentally." Sands urges Los Angeles authorities to put "bipolar Britney" in hospital "for a year" and let her see her kids. Thanks to Kaplan, the toxic Spears has lost her custody and visitation rights to her kids by Federline. And he thinks it’s time for Spears’ ex to "step up to the plate" and stop hiding behind his attorney. Sands believes Federline is the best parent to raise the kids, but is disturbed that Federline won't speak to the public on Britney. He tells America’s Life & Style magazine, "Kevin Federline needs to get on TV and say, ‘I’m learning about Britney’s bipolar disorder.’ "He needs to step up to the plate and not hide behind the shield of his lawyer and be a man. He could become a hero instead of hiding… He’s got to step up and help Britney."

Kevin Federline's lawyer is seeking to ban nutcase Britney Spears from requesting adjustments to her custody arrangement after she failed to show up for her deposition on Wednesday morning. The pop star was expected to give her deposition in her ongoing custody trial at the Los Angeles offices of her ex-husband’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. But she failed to show up and blamed her non-attendance on a "general (medical) condition". However, she was pictured hours later out and about in L.A and Kaplan is not happy. According to gossip website, this is the fourth time Spears has skipped a court ordered meeting and Kaplan is reportedly set to appeal to Los Angeles Court Commissioner Scott Gordon to prevent the singer from asking to restore custody of the couple’s young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
