Former television star Mischa Barton has denied she was dropped by her agent because she hasn't landed any big roles since leaving the hit television show 'The O.C. Mischa was rumored to have been dropped by the CAA (Creative Artists Agency), which represents big Hollywood stars including Drew Barrymore and Natalie Portman, after failing to land any high-profile acting jobs for her. She has now joined New York-based Paradigm Agency and a representative for the star insists she made the switch voluntarily. The spokesperson tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "Mischa left CAA -- she was not dropped."
