Troubled actor Tom Sizemore tearfully begged a Los Angeles judge not to send him to prison after admitting violating probation for a drugs offense here Tuesday.The 45-year-old star of 'Black Hawk Down' and 'Saving Private Ryan' asked for mercy from Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Cynthia Rayvis as she mulled her sentencing options, which include a hefty prison sentence."If you would please just give me one more chance for myself," Sizemore pleaded to Rayvis, who will announce her sentence next Monday. "I can guarantee that I will give it everything that's good about me," added Sizemore. Sizemore earlier acknowledged he had violated probation when arrested in May in Bakersfield, California, 169 kilometres north of Los Angeles, on seven drug-related charges. Sizemore, who has been in jail since June 5 when he surrendered to authorities after a warrant for his arrest was issued, could face up to 16 months behind bars for the offense. Sizemore was given probation and a 16-month suspended sentence after pleading no contest to possession of methamphetamine's in February last year. Sizemore, whose other credits include 'Heat,' 'Natural Born Killers' and 'True Romance,' has had several brushes with the law in recent years.In 2003 he was convicted of misdemeanor abuse charges against ex-girlfriend and infamous 'Hollywood Madam' Heidi Fleiss. Two years later his probation was revoked when he was caught using a prosthetic device in order to cheat the results of a drug test.
