Former Hollywood star Tom Sizemore has been arrested in Los Angeles California on a outstanding warrant for drug charges.The troubled actor was taken into custody shortly after midnight this morning after police were called to investigate a report of domestic violence in Hollywood. When the police arrived at the scene, Sizemore was found in the area with a friend and after being quizzed by cops, they discovered there was a $25,000 warrant out for the star's arrest. According to TMZ.com , a police search found Sizemore and his friend in possession of narcotics, and they were subsequently arrested and booked for the crime. Sizemore has a very long police record. Troubled former star Tom Sizemore is at the center of a police probe, amid allegations he stole pens and cellphones from a Los Angeles California store last week. Staff at a Verizon Wireless store in have handed cops video footage of two men, one of whom strongly resembles actor Sizemore, carrying out the heist. Los Angeles Police Department tells TMZ.com Sizemore is under investigation, but his lawyer assures the website the Black Hawk Down star is "innocent until proven guilty." Sizemore has a very long police record. The star in 2003 was convicted of assaulting his then girlfriend, Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. Troubled actor Tom Sizemore tearfully begged a Los Angeles judge not to send him to prison after admitting violating probation for a drugs offense here Tuesday.The 45-year-old star of 'Black Hawk Down' and 'Saving Private Ryan' asked for mercy from Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Cynthia Rayvis as she mulled her sentencing options, which include a hefty prison sentence."If you would please just give me one more chance for myself," Sizemore pleaded to Rayvis, who will announce her sentence next Monday. "I can guarantee that I will give it everything that's good about me," added Sizemore. Sizemore earlier acknowledged he had violated probation when arrested in May in Bakersfield, California, 169 kilometres north of Los Angeles, on seven drug-related charges. Sizemore, who has been in jail since June 5 when he surrendered to authorities after a warrant for his arrest was issued, could face up to 16 months behind bars for the offense. Sizemore was ...
