Lindsay Lohan's multiple trips outside of rehab have upset residents at the posh rehab facility Wonderland. Lohan, 20, checked into the Wonderland Center, an addiction-treatment facility in the residential neighborhood of Laurel Canyon in L.A., last week reports PEOPLE. She called the move a "proactive decision to take care of my personal health." Residents have told TMZ that when Lindsay is there, her friends, hairstylists, make-up people and masseuse are allowed to tend to her. Lindsay’s rep said, “Lindsay is 100% not getting special treatment. She’s getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic, it’s not a lock down facility. There is personal time. All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out, like the ‘Today’ show, they don’t know what she’s going through, they're not there. They shouldn't speak until they've gone through something like that.” Now PEOPLE reports, Lindsay Lohan is back at work. A source close to the situation says Lohan's latest movie, the thriller I Know Who Killed Me, began shooting again on Thursday, and her scenes are scheduled to start filming. "People were getting a bit antsy about what the status was, so it's pretty thrilling," says the source. "As soon as Lindsay was cleared, they started everything back up again." The source added that Lohan was likely to resume a full workload, which a rep for the movie described earlier as 13 to 14 hours a day. "As far as I know, she'll be back on schedule and working a full day," said the source. To celebrate, Lindsay went out to lunch with two girlfriends at West Hollywood's popular Newsroom CafĂ© on Thursday. "She usually orders the buffalo wings but was very adamant about eating something healthy," a source tells Star. The picky eater settled on the Tandoori Chicken salad with tomatoes, spinach and cashews. "Lindsay comes here all the time, but I was surprised to see her because I thought she was in rehab," the source said. Lindsay tried to disguise herself by wearing a baseball cap and over sized sunglasses, but it didn't do the trick considering she sat on the outdoor patio where everyone could see her. Rather than talk with her friends, the Bobby star spent most of the time text-messaging and stepping outside from the health-conscious restaurant to smoke cigarettes. "She seemed to have a lot of nervous energy, and couldn't sit still for very long."
