Songstress Ashanti was recently spotted celebrating her 30th birthday at hotspot Philippe’s exclusive private wine cellar. The guest-list included such famous hip hop celebrities such as Fabolous, Chris Brown and Ashanti’s rumored boyfriend Nelly. A few nights later Philippe New York business partner and New York Knicks star Al Harrington inspired a basketball bash. NBA All-Stars Jermaine O’Neal and Paul Pierce closed down the entire restaurant for a joint after-hours birthday party.
