CHRIS BROWN COURT SENTENCING DELAYED

Chris Brown

Chris Brown's assault case sentencing has been delayed to allow Los Angeles California County Superior Court judge Patricia Schnegg some more time to assess how tough his community service will be on the singer. The judge made it very clear during a hearing last June, that she wanted the star to commit to hard labor as part of his punishment for attacking his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in February. Schnegg delayed her sentencing yesterday and is insisting she needed more information from Brown’s home state of Virginia - where he will serve five years’ probation - about what type of work the singer will perform. Brown is scheduled to return to court on August 27th.
