Noel Ashman With Village People Icon Randy Jones


Nightlife king Noel Ashman, the owner of the unexpectedly shut down the Plumm, may be down, but he's not out yet. He is super busy in back-to-back meetings in final talks to open a new space. He is mum on the location and the name, but he did reveal exclusively to Times Square Gossip: "I am looking to do a smaller space in the tradition of Veruka". Also Ashman gave no word whether he will have celebrity partners like he did at The Plumm, but we are sure you can expect it.

Its absolutely true. My friend Brandon (Marcel) was actually asking me if I was interested in investing in a new project with him and Noel Ashman. The details were limited but I gotta say it sounds pretty good, although I have heard from everybody about how their club will be "exclusive". In Noel and Marcels defense though, the space is small from what he told me, and between the people they know (Ashman huge celebs (but he needs to stop living off the Ronson and Chris Noth names already) and Marcel, well I guess all the models he works with although as one of my best buddies I gotta offer some constructive criticism,,, always with pro hockey dudes and male models. Wht happened to all your hot women) and a tight door, could be the first big thing in years... I heard from another friend of mine, (a good promoter named Sean and his boy Otho or Oto) that old school dude Michael Ault is involved. Never went to his parties but heard he was like king of the socialites and models so.... Good luck Noel and Branden, please dont leave me at the door. Edwin.

I've been hearing about this annoying gossip every day for a month. The one dude posted some hints about how fabulos and exclosive gonna be but nothing solid... just a bunch of young wanna-be model girls & groupie chicken heads. Probablly all hype cuz none of them are in that relevant superstar buzz they were in a cuple a years back, so there egos are hurtin. I dont know the Alt guy, but of Marel and Ashman, they are both huge jerkoffs. One thinks hes God because of his looks and the other cuz of money and cuz he knows celebs. If they opened a club, it would be off the hook, but I woodnt go cuz they are toolbags. But they woodnt let me in anyway so all good

Noel Ashman is a pathetic loser who looks like the love child Barney Rubble and Frodo the Hobbit. I promoted with him on several occassions and can say without a doubt he hordes his money with his troll like claws. Never pays partners or promoters and everything he has touched fails. I didnt know Marcel was partnering up with him... Bad move B!!!! I know him well and other than the fact he can be arrogant and power delussional at times, he is a hell of a great club event planner and in promotions. Hes also a pretty decent guy as long as hanger on women arent around and he becomes somebody else. But point being stay away Marcel, you should know better. Ashman is the plague. Same thing to you Michael Ault. Your a genius and should know better

To all you pathetic folks who have nothing better to do than rip someone like Noel Ashman, Im sure it is based in jealousy. The man has accomplished more in his 39 years than most would or could in 3 lifetimes. The press he has received on nightlife alone is uncomparable, not to mention his film production career. As a friend and buisness partner, Noel is one of a kind. He is warm and generous and has often paid employees out of his pocket when necessary. As for whatever anybody says about me ill take it with a grain salt. Because I a group of loyal and attractice female clients, that makes me an airhead? Im not commenting on a prokect in the works or not, but Noel Ashman and myself working together is the powerhouse combination tha city needs. These comments obviously come frrom promoters so ill take it as a compliment. Also, why do I have to sign in and show my name to comment, but you weasels find a way to comment annnonymously. Lighten up.

Veruka? I think these fools think its 1988. Stick with current A-list promoters like Josh & Allen, Mike Satski, Zandman.... Who is Noel Ashman, some 50 year old has been who nobody knows? Did you see what this guy looks like,, its actually painful. And Brandon Marcel? Are you kidding, are we still talking about this idiot. His 15 minutes should have been up by now... I dont care if the ugly one knows some celebs from 1980 or if the other has some brain dead models who "sit at his table". Im sticking with the ownners who are decent and reliable, preferably ones i grew up with

To proud to be a jap .....how long does it take you to travel to ny when you attempt to get into a nyc club? Must be quite a trek from deep in new jersey the moron promoters you mentioned are "never beens" and have never come close to being anything but bridge and tunnel promoters who dont even rate on the scale with noel ashman or even brandon(they promote to losers like you). Both those guys have slept with more models and actresses then you have ever seen on tv. Oh and also veruka was open till 2005 but you probably would have known that if you were ever let in lol
