Pop star Madonna is denying gossip reports that she’s asked her fashion designer friends to hire her boyfriend Jesus Luz to keep the Brazilian in the United States. The singer has been dating Luz since her divorce from hubby Guy Richie last year. Since being thrust to the spotlight as Madonna’s new flame, The Brazilian has landed Dolce & Gabbana’s fall-winter men’s wear campaign; and reports suggest the singer is in talks with Donatella Versace to hire Luz for more fashion work. The New York Post report suggests Madonna enlisted fashion boss Marc Jacobs to write a letter of support, to help Luz retain his work permit in this country. But a spokesperson for Madonna has laughed off the media reports, insisting, "Madonna has not been involved with any bookings Jesus has gotten. They were arranged through his agents."
