Hollywood star Anne Heche is celebrating the birth of her first child with actor boyfriend James Tupper. The star gave birth to baby boy Atlas over the weekend, just days before she finalized her divorce from ex-husband Coley Laffoon, who is the father of her 7-year-old son, Homer.
