SPEARS EX. MANAGER LUFTI DENYING GOSSIP

Former toxic singer Britney Spears former manager Sam Lufti is denying gossip reports that he is suing the star’s parents to pay off his mounting debts. Lutfi, who is reportedly facing foreclosure on his California home after allegedly running up a $18,000 debt, has filed legal action against Lynne and Jamie Spears, accusing them of defamation. But his lawyer Bryan Freedman is adamant the suit was not filed to make money, and is insisting housing bosses have merely lost Lutfi’s payments. He tells E!Online, "It's nonsense. The homeowners association misplaced two checks. The checks were paid. This is just more lies and misrepresentation about a guy who is a great caring human being. Spears’ parents have publicly blamed Lutfi for the series of emotional meltdowns that lead to Britney losing custody of her two sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline in 2007.
