FEARS FOR POP SINGING STAR RIHANNA

Rihanna was performing at Sydney's Acer Arena when she appeared to be in physical pain after being lowered down to the stage by a harness. The star's boyfriend Chris Brown had joined her on-stage for a rousing rendition of their remix to her smash hit "Umbrella" -- a track named "Cinderella" -- when she had to flee the stage to seek medical attention. Fans became frantic as Brown was forced to finish the show's finale alone.
