Katie Holmes and hubby Tom Cruise are planning to ring in the New Year in style with a lavish party at Dubai’s new Atlantis The Palm Resort.The Hollywood pair will host a star-studded New Year’s Eve party at the Middle Eastern paradise, according to the television show Extra.The new $1.5 billion resort, built on an artificial island called Palm Jumeirah, boasts beaches, water parks, nightclubs and even a Nobu restaurant.
