Celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson is going to relaunch her defamation lawsuit against gossip blogger Perez Hilton.The sister of British producer Mark Ronson sued Hilton after he accused her of being the owner of the cocaine found in Lindsay Lohan's vehicle following the actress' car accident in Los Angeles California last May.The case was thrown out of court last November, and Ronson was ordered to pay Hilton almost $85,000.But Ronson is launching a new bid to reinstate the lawsuit against the controversial blogger.According to documents filed on Wednesday by Ronson's new attorney, David M. Bass, the DJ's previous lawyer, Martin Garbus, had a conflict of interest over legal fees and didn't fight the case to the best of his ability.
