The cult rock band Stone Temple Pilots, may have a reunion, according to former member Scott Weiland. The Velvet Revolver star stunned fans during a solo appearance at a charity event in Florida on last Saturday when he revealed his ideas from the stage. His brief reunion promise follows comments Weiland made in a Washington Post interview last summer when he revealed he was proud of the STP legacy, but felt there was more to come. He told the Post, "We wanted to be played on rock radio for the next 20-30 years. That’s actually happening."The only thing that’s left unfinished is the completion of the story. I feel that there could be a better final chapter, a better bookend. If all the planets line up, you never know what might happen one day." Stone Temple Pilots officially split in 2003.
