SLEAZE HOWARD K. STERN CLAIMS POVERTY
Sleaze Howard K. Stern, former fake boyfriend and so called lawyer (Who has no clients) of the late U.S. celebrity Anna Nicole Smith, says fighting numerous legal battles has left him in debt. "I am in debt and basically broke," Stern told Us magazine. "There's this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna's death. It couldn't be further from the truth." Stern is suing author and former TV journalist Rita Cosby for $60 million for asserting in her Smith expose that Stern had a homosexual encounter with another of Smith's former boyfriends, Larry Birkhead. Stern told Us "juggling" more than a dozen other lawsuits, has left him financially strapped and "hundreds of thousands of dollars" in debt to his parents. As for the disturbing clown video circulating on the Internet? "That was an hour-long video that was stolen and cut down to less than a minute," he tells Us. "It was meant to make Anna and me look bad." Editors Note: No one believes you are broke first of all. Where is the money you made from media outlets ? If you do owe your parents so much money, how low could you go to borrow so much money from your aging parents ? Did you file taxes on the borrowed money because it's taxable. Do any of my readers know of any of his other lawsuits ? This guy is the biggest loser lowlife I ever wrote about. How about getting a real job and stop living off other people !

There is no way his parents are paying all his bills, he is lying AGAIN, the truth is not in him. He has proved he is a liar, even under oath.
I agree with you James he is the biggest low life I've ever seen. It's a shame he continues to get by with it all. The normal everyday person would have been in jail a LONG time ago. IMO
I could scream....I have no way of settling my frazzled nerves concerning HK$ and his evil ways! Something or somebody has to STOP him. I was hoping for info concerning the Rita depo yesterday. But not ONE word. Does anyone know if depot day actually happened? This evil doer only wants $$. How do you get him in a court of law~under oath? So far, nothing, not ONE question has been asked or answered in court. I thought Rita would be the one to smoke him out.
Yes I wish that one would talk too, but can we believe anything he says either? I would be afraid of trusting him again. I believe he could be scared into talking and he'd sing like a little birdie.

Despicable.... Question to you -- Why does the AH and RS sites focus on nothing other than Stern who destroyed his own public image?! Give up on attempting to rebuild another person's image as only he can do so and all the lawsuits (with prospects of obtaining millions of dollars just like he used Anna Nicole to go after the Marshall Family Estate so he and his lawyer sidekick could legally(?) STEAL via forum shopping in the State of California millions of dollars earned by another family) is not going to work....he needs PROFESSIONAL psychotherapy of the highest order and, hopefully, he has connected with someone by now as all the money in the world is not going to heal what ails him nor will people like him after the harm he helped create in the life of a mother and her son (a quiet young and dead man) as a represented moneythirsting, moneygrubber poor-excuse-of-a currently barred lawyer in the State of California.
You who are of a tribal mind think others who reflect and assess with "individual" minds are the sick ones and, therefore, lump everyone together though your assessment of the majority who visit this web site is dramatically far from the truth. Of interest, however, is that hundreds of thousands of people who were pulled into Stern's shenanigans with the night-after-night (PAID) airings on E.T. and (then) using Larry King saw right through his sickness and how he was using Anna Nicole for his end goal. Yes, isn't it interesting that most people who discussed this story at the office watercoolers came to the same conclusion as most people who have done any blogging? Stern created his own public image....nobody is responsible for that image but Stern himself. As an original supporter of Birkhead, I will say that Stern, his family, and supporters have been despicably and more grievously cruel to the mother of Anna Nicole than anyone could possibly be toward him (he created his mess)!
Additionally, there is something quite curious about all the supposed money his aging parents have "given" him throughout the years! Even Warren Buffet (one of the wealthiest men in America) only provides monies in the form of EDUCATION for his children/grandchildren and they are expected to make their way in this life (just like he did) with the educational foundation he provides them whether it be in academia, art, technical, or other means of supporting themselves!
Shame on the Stern Family and, especially, shame on a 40-year-old lawyer who couldn't even keep the affairs of his ONE CLIENT in order!
Maybe howard should have thought of plastice flowers long agao. Poor thing can't even afford plastic flowers now. LOL
Howard should spend more time wondering where he is going to get his next dollar, like a job, and less worrying about Virgie, who worked for 28 years in the same job. I hope his whole family suffers, the way they have caused Anna's family to needlessly suffer.

I don't always agree with James or even the posters on here. But this is still a way better site than TMZ. Maybe not so many comments but it doesn't mean no one reads this site.

As for Howard, I can't think of a better example to show a freeloader, lazy, greedy, manipulative and self serving ego maniac. Oh, let's not forget codependent.
Let the Inquest begin so further investigation will occur into the death of Daniel Wayne Smith. Hopefully to provide evidence so the Florida case into Anna's death can be reopened.
If Howard is so innocent, how come there's so many questions and doubts about his innocence? If you take the words of the "authorities" (Perper, Seminole Police) I have one word: INEPTITUDE! There's enough information out there to show they were more than guilty of it.

Daniel Wayne Smith was exploited by his mother through her personal attorney's choices, i.e. the Anna Nicole Show. Anyone who understands 'LOVE' from its pure and true perspective DID NOT see 'LOVE' in any episode of that show. Daniel was not protected (as he should have been) by either his mother nor her personal attorney who, obviously, couldn't even keep her personal/professional documents in order let alone her financial life....anyone with the least bit common sense saw that via the most basic and practical detail of a woman with children, i.e. her outdated "Last Will and Testament".
My guess is the man was taking drugs along with Anna Nicole Smith! IF Daniel Wayne Smith had gotten involved in the abuse of prescription drugs, Howard K. Stern (as a barred representative of the legal system) is responsible for not "taking the bull by the horns" and getting the older child into an abuse and detoxification program! As a mother of a 20-year-old, I see nothing LOVING nor honorable with his apparent weakness and do not consider him a man if he was led around by a woman's crotch (though I don't think that is the reason for his weakness but the way he was raised by his own mother). Actions speak louder than words and this man does not understand the true meaning of 'LOVE'.
P. S. Riley, help....please help....Howard is sick and needs a solid psychotherapist! Please, Riley, call the mental ward!
1. IF HKS is living off the generosity of his parents' wealth: IRS limits how much they give to him, AND it must be declared on tax papers by both parties;
2. Howard has lied under oath, yes. Worse, he has lied to the American people in the media... for that, we won't forgive him! Sadly, like a bull in a china store, he barges about not caring and only proud of the wreckage. Those actions make me wonder what BIGGER things he is hiding... His actions are to distract us from a larger truth.
3. Rita: The best from your book? The phone time lines... the organizing of the facts ... not a lot of new detail but the organizing was needed.
4. I am broke is a smoke screen... of course he is broke! His money is locked down and he can't get to it with all the media press... Sounds god but the reality is different.
