Seems to me everyone here knows the truth on Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern. We have to keep fighting for justice. Not that I liked Anna Nicole Smith. I met her a few times and she was a drug addict. She was always wasted and I was always made to feel not very comfortable, and I was partying too, so she should had looked better to me. My friend was her publicist for years and he told me Howard forced him out. Howard needed control. I may not have liked Anna, but she did not deserve to die at the hands of greedy people. It is very sad, and the loss of such a young life like Daniel. This kid had everything to look forward to. Anna Nicole Smith was not normal. She lived in a fantasy world. She had no talent. She became famous because she had big breasts and men drooled over her. She was every mans sexual fantasy and this is why she was famous. Her reality show was the worst TV I ever saw, the show was incoherent with Anna wasted all the time. Her life was dedicated to getting everything she could for free. I remember once she borrowed 80 thousand worth of diamonds from a famous Jeweler for some star studded event she was to attend. She refused to return them. She felt they belonged to her because she wore them and the Jeweler got publicity from her wearing them. The publicist tried in vain to get them back and even fed newspaper items saying that she refused to return the Diamonds. Nothing worked. Anna's life was about Anna and no one else including Howard K. Stern mattered. Howard was her slave, but he was smarter than she knew. We all know that now. Larry Birkhead was a hanger on hoping to make some money off photos of Anna. He was a loser in the Celebrity Photo business. Most likely, he shared any profits from the photos with Anna or Larry. Who knows. Birkhead showed his true colors when one moment he hated Howard K. Stern and trashed him in the media and then they are best friends. How dumb do they think America is ? He stiffed his lawyer. Deborah Opri worked day and night to make Larry Birkhead a star. Opri was never fired by Birkhead. The fact is Opri quit because she did not like the side deals that Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead started to make with each other. This did not sit right with Opri and she ended the relationship. Birkhead would never have gotten as far in the his case for custody of Dannielynn if he didn't have Opri. Opri made Birkhead shine. Opri is one of the most expensive Lawyers in the country, but she is also the best and she does not work for free. Her bill may have been huge, but look at the results. She's worth every penny. Rita Cosby knew there would be fireworks about her book 'Blonde Ambition'. When Anna Nicole Smith died, Cosby was everywhere on this story. She got all the best interviews and unlike published reports she never crashed the funeral, she was invited. Howard K. Stern saw her there and was afraid his exclusive with media outlets would be ruined so they asked Cosby to leave. Cosby felt so uncomfortable with Anna Nicole Smiths death, that she had to do something. Nothing added up in Cosby's mind. The death of Daniel and the death of Anna Nicole Smith bothered her till she decided to do something, and that was to write a book to get America asking questions. Writing the book was never about money. After years on the Fox News Channel and MSNBC, Cosby does not need the money. What Cosby needs is answers to why two people are now dead and everyone is making money off these deaths. Cosby's book asks the questions that need to be answered. The book is not about some gay fling, it's about timeline's between all the people involved in the deaths and nothing adds up. Cosby wants answers and she thinks America wants them too. As for threatened lawsuits, Cosby welcomes any and all litigation. This would give Cosby the right to question each and every person involved in this case. HKS never tried to prevent an Inquest - merely asked that Jurors be questioned for bias in the midst of the biggest media circus the Bahamas has ever experienced concerning any Inquest for anyone ever.

I will say this much, after reading what Delusional is writing, I think someone very very close to Anna and witnessed the relationship with Larry is talking.
If you notice in one of their posts, they mention Larry adjusting the interior mirror of a car they are riding in to look at his "shit-eating" grin.

Stern’s lawyer, Lin Wood. I encourage anyone who wants to expose skewed truth for what it is to take Harris' article and have a ball calling attention to all the slanted and bias exercises in spin that Harris undertakes in his goal to make Stern look like the wronged victim. The most appalling aspect of Harris' ballsy act of imparting his version of the facts is that he does so under the guise of a balanced, fair, and professional journalist.
Harris' bought-and-paid-for biased articles are the so-called SOURCES that people who support Stern are relying on to obtain their 'FACTS.'
Here's just a small sample of the LANGUAGE contained in Harris' supposedly unbiased piece:
"...Thompson, who claims to have briefly dated Smith..."
"...claiming he owns the $950,000 home..."
"...But we’ve also learned..."
"...in what sources say, is a roundabout attempt to..."
"...However, under Bahamian law, it’s highly unlikely a judge would allow GBT to..."
"...Stern has always maintained his longtime companion owned the home..."
"...witnesses say she kicked him off the property and out of her life..."
And those are from the first few paragraphs of the article. The spin is subtle in some cases; but in others, it's flagrantly obvious. The entire article is dripping with self-serving bias throughout.
I challenge anyone who abhors attempts by the media to manipulate public sentiment to read the piece and call out Harris for the unprofessional, sell-out journalist he is.
Finally, and perhaps most disturbing of all, it is articles like Harris', with their warped translation of the 'facts,' that serve as SOURCES for Stern's supporters!

That, and the Bahamians are finally holding this inquest to acquiesce to our outcry's. I know nothing about what it takes to hold an inquest and what type of evidence is presented, but my fear includes the fact that if the Bahamians are sick of us and Howard, they will just get it done with apathy.

However, I don't believe just because one invites death, their 'friends' have a right to answer the call with their own bloody hand.
Danny was an innocent young man that had not had a chance to define his destiny. He sent no invite. I believe he was murdered. Anna's sick commrads can pull an army together in all their empty threats; the one thing they have no power over is the wrath of God. He has many soldiers!
I would like to add my compliments to Rita (or whoever created) the book jacket. I thought it was absolutely beautiful! It exceeded my expectations. The colors were perfect, the grahpics beatiful - the total package was stunning.

There will never be criminal charges filed in this case, cupcake. Not gonna happen.
If you want your "hopes" to come true, start "hoping" that Howard is going to feel grief and loss, and mourn the death of Anna and Daniel for the rest of his life. Hope that he misses them everyday, and always will, and then your "hopes" will come true.
My hat is off to all that keep us informed and give rise to hope that the death of Daniel with not be forgotten and questions will be answered.

ET has several reliable sources that say the FBI and LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on KEVIN FEDERLINE's life.
Multiple sources tell ET that the FBI made attempts to contact Federline to inform him of the potential danger.
Sources within the FBI tell ET that this is the bureau's standard operating procedure when someone's life is threatened.
ET has been working this story for the past two months. When contacted, the FBI told us that the bureau cannot confirm or deny an investigation.

I can understand why you feel the way you do. In a way, I don't blame ya. But I'm giving Larry the benefit of a doubt (and I COULD very well be wrong, but for now, I'm still believing.)
Larry's fought for Dannielynn. He said a lot of things that sounded honorable. Larry and Deb Opri parted ways and Larry started hanging around Howard. Then Larry does a turn about. Is he weak? Yes. Did he fool many? Yes.
Gee, ain't it something that when Larry began being buddies with Howard, he changed colors?
Intimidation? Probably. Drugs? Probably (Howie had tons of them handy.)
I can't explain why I still believe in Larry, and at times I can't figure out why. But somehow, I still do. And it's okay that we disagree on that. It doesn't make either one of us right or wrong. I hope like hell I'm not wrong.
All I know is Daniel and Anna are dead. Howard and drugs are common denominators.

The Bald Truth has learned South Carolina developer G. Ben Thompson has snubbed the Bahamian Supreme Court yet again, skipping his third hearing in a row in the Horizons contempt case that could put him behind bars if convicted.
But the contempt case against him went on, with the judge hearing evidence he allegedly violated a court injunction protecting the right of Anna Nicole Smith to live undisturbed in the house Thompson claimed he owned, until the title fight was settled in court.
His attorney, Godfrey Pro Pinder, no longer allowed to represent Thompson because he’s a defendant as well, showed up to defend himself, in a lawsuit that charges they both violated court injunctions protecting Smith’s right to live in Horizons.
In court Wednsday, a Bahamian maid testified Thompson son-in-law Ford Shelley took Smith’s computers, dvds and other items from the house the day after she died. Shelley was acting on behalf of Thompson, according to the lawsuit, but he has claimed the dead celebrity instructed him to keep her personal items safe if anything happened to her.
Shortly afterwards, the contents were splashed all over the news, from FOX, to local papers.
Larry Birkhead told me Shelley has yet to return everything he took from the house, and burglary charges, filed by Howard K. Stern, hang like a cloud over Shelley, unresolved in the Bahamas.
Regarding Horizons, Thompson dropped his legal challenge –and title fight for the house, which now belongs to Dannielynn’s estate, but has since sued executor Howard K. Stern and the estate for damages.
Pinder told me the hearing was continued to Sept. 26, but he doubts Thompson will show up for that as well, and will continue to be tried in absentia. The judge has ruled the case will go on, with or without, Anna Nicole’s ex boyfriend.
Thompson attacked Stern in the recent Rita Cosby book, as a walking pharmacist. But Blond Ambition, the book, did not report, as we did here, that Thompson’s name was on at least one of Smith’s prescriptions for pain medicine in the Bahamas.

This story is reported by Art Harris. We already know that he's made "revelations" before that cannot be counted as fact so I question the truthfulness of this report.
How do we know there was a Thompson prescription even there--just because Art says there was doesn't mean I'd automatically believe it.....(though that source is good enough for some of you).

Whats the name of the pain medicine?
When was the prescription filled? By which pharmacy/where?
Did Thompson "give" the prescription to her?
Was the prescription intended to be for Anna?
That last line, Butter, is not verified in any of the instances above. If I happen to leave one of my prescriptions at work and someone takes them, does that mean I got the prescription with the intention of allowing my co-workers to have them? What if someone took the bottle out of my briefcase?
It sounds to me like another one of those unverified stories....like the one in where Rita was alleged to have tried to contact Howard but she denies it ever happened. So again, where is the proof? Can you (or Art) prove that there was a medication in Anna's possession intended by Thompson to be given to Anna? Doubt it. If I'm wrong, I'm sure you'll correct me.

Hmm...let's see...I am willing to bet that Howard and Anna talked to each other once in a while, them living in the same house and being engaged and all, so it's quite possible that Anna TOLD Howard about everything she said in her statements, don't you think?

I'm sure the people who hate Howard will spin whatever Anna's statement is, to serve their hatred. I don't hate Howard and I can think of several ways to spin a positive statement from Anna regarding Howard into a negative.

- Did the Author maliciously publish information she knew was false? Easy answer - no. Cosby is just trying to cash in like so many others with gossip, rumor and innuendo from the ANS saga. Bottom feeders act out of greed, not malice.
- Did the Author present as facts information from sources the average person would not find credible. So far, the answer is a resounding yes. The more shows Cosby appears on and claims 'mystery sources' not in her book, the more she shows herself as liable. No Jury is going to accept the 'trust me I'm a Journalist line' without credible first-hand witnesses appearing for her under oath.
HKS and LB don't have to prove anything about themselves is true or false in a libel suit. The Author has to show she reasonably believed her second and third-hand and mystery sources. Cosby can seek protection as a 'Journalist' but Opri and O'Quinn, in their Jury trials upcoming, have been placed in great jeopardy as probable sources of fanciful
Cosby's main sources, Hatten and Opri, have both bailed on her. Cosby is already saying in interviews she has a number of mystery sources that are not in the book. Montel's show is an excellent example of gossip and innuendo and hearsay that would never be allowed in a Court Room.
A Libel Attorney can simply wait for the media to tear apart Cosby's 'sources' and claims and theories. That Attorney can also just wait to see if anyone with first-hand knowledge is willing to stand by Cosby, under oath, in a Court. That Attorney can also wait until Cosby banks sufficient cash to go after.
A libel action is not a school yard scream fest of traded insults. LB (on LKL) and HKS (on ET) made reasoned statements about the book. In America, you can't sit back silent when the media initially thought they had a big story. However, there is no need for either LB or HKS to join in on gossip fests that may come and go, like Montel's show.
- O'Quinn has dissolved into senility, denying personal knowledge of what happened in FL during the Seidlin case. All he can remember for sure is that people like his investigator Don Clark did not work for him personally but for his 'Law Firm'. He denies knowledge of what Don Clark did and when or where he did it. He goes so far in his deposition to claim he doesn't recall interviewing with Greta on the street, live, on TV, in FL, which we all saw.
- O'Q is trying to claim that he and his people were not working in FL far outside his limited privilege granted by Seidlin to simply represent VA inside his Court Room.
- O'Quinn will face a FL Jury next year. His theories and claims are all contained in Cosby's book, which has been derided by all major media as illegitimate and preposterous.
- Cosby has only received 'pity interviews' from shows that know anything ANS = big ratings. Cosby is only lectured about the poor quality of her research and sourcing and all Cosby can say is it is suspicious that two former 'enemies', HKS & LB, can suddenly cooperate for the sake of DL. Normal people see nothing suspicious here, rather they applaud two men setting aside their differences for the sake of a baby.
- Opri and Hatten have already denied participation in Cosby's book in a 'CYA' effort. Hatten of course has never met LB much less walked in on some intimate moment he was having. Opri will face a Jury in LB's lawsuit against her and the Public has no sympathy already for her.
- O'Quinn will not fare well in front of a Florida Jury peddling the same salacious claims as Cosby in a sick defense of his slander of HKS.
- pro-HKS supporters are the vast majority of posters now; see the 'plastic flowers' thread. This represents the Entertainment polls that overwhelmingly show people think Cosby is lying.
- DL just had a beautiful party, typical of kids in her social strata. Her security is well provided.
Lawyers crying and whining about HKS and LB or a 'Hollywood wacko' blabbering about things she couldn't possibly know don't engage the public.
When a former TV Journalist tries to cash in on the ANS saga it crystallizes the story for the average person. The average person pays attention. And in Cosby's case, the public has rejected her notions.
It's clear the good guys are HKS and LB, and that DL's future with them is bright.

Didn't Howard get what he wanted? I know they have a new judge in the case and I thought they were going to be able to ask potential jury members questions before selecting them for the jury. I don't think Howard ever wanted the Inquest NOT to happen. It's got to happen, and he KNOWS it. He just wants the people hearing the Inquest not to be biased. That's not too much to ask, is it?
No, the judge didn't say he could pick the jury. The judge said the question has to be presented to the new magistrate that is appointed. Lyons doesn't get to run another judges court!
