For best results, Chef Craig Jermin suggests marinating steak in 1 tablespoon of Bobby Van’s Steakhouse Original Sauce per steak along with any desired spices, such as salt or crushed red pepper. Let the steak rest in the fridge for an hour before grilling on medium heat (never high), frequently turning the meat to keep the cut from sticking.
