• Ignore the haters! Lady Gaga’s message of loving who you are runs deep within her huge community of fans. We say, “Work what you've got! Ignore the negativity--whether you rock a shredded or curvy body--and focus on what makes you awesome.”

• Party responsibly! Remember that alcohol causes weight gain, messes with your hormones, and leads to late night binging. “If we were on tour with Lady Gaga (how fun would that be!), we'd suggest an occasional glass of champagne, wine or an organic beer,” said the Tone It Up duo.

• Mix things up! “Lady Gaga's stage routine is vigorous, but her body has already adapted to these movements,” said Katrina and Karena. “In order to mix things up, we recommend a 20 minute high-intensity interval training routine. It’s quick, challenging, and effective. These work outs will keep her energy up for the next show!”
