The cover story of the new issue of Us Weekly features Teen Mom favorites Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, officially responding to the false tabloid reports of last week that stated they are once again expecting. The couple tells Us the only thing they are expecting is a great wedding!
Lowell was upset people might believe she’d accidentally get pregnant again, just a few years after she and Baltierra had made the heartbreakingly difficult decision to place daughter Carly for adoption. “I don’t want to have that type of reputation,” Lowell explains. “I hope nobody thinks, Oh, they placed her for adoption and now they’re having another baby?” On responding to how the false story even got out there, Lowell explains, “I honestly think somebody just wanted to try to get some money and thought they could make up a huge lie.” And what does the couple have to say about having daughter Carly at their wedding next summer? Lowell exclaims, “We have to bring up the question to Brandon and Teresa soon so they have a year to process their thoughts.” Tyler mirrors this sentiment further with, “It would mean the world to me if she was at our wedding because if it wasn’t for Carly, we probably wouldn’t be getting married. The choice that we made to place her for adoption totally solidified our whole relationship. So I think it’s really important for her to be there.”

Also in this week’s issue of Us is a feature on Jack Osbourne being devastatingly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in May. In the months leading up to his daughter’s April 24 birth, Jack was preoccupied with his impending bundle of joy. Still, he knew something wasn’t right with his body. “He felt weird for a while,” says a family source. “He got headaches and was dizzy and shaky.” Then, one day in mid- May, a temporary loss of vision in his right eye scared him into seeking medical help. When his eye doctor found nothing wrong, he sent Jack to L.A.’s Cedars- Sinai Medical Center. After a number of tests, he got the devastating diagnosis from his neurologist. On the bright side: He has the least aggressive — and most manageable — form of the disease. Now nine years sober, Jack is determined to fight the disease with a daily self-injection of medication, holistic therapy and clean, stress-free living.

Contained in the new issue is a feature on country crooner, Wynonna Judd, and her country wedding! “I felt like a little girl playing dress-up! ” Wynonna tells Us of her June 10 sunset wedding to Cactus Moser, 55, the drummer in her band, The Big Noise. Yet she went barefoot under her Houri Barahimi dress to the ceremony, held in a lakeside gazebo on her farm in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee. "I felt a joy that hasn't been there before," Judd gushes to Us of the intimate bash -- where attendees included her kids from previous marriages Grace, 16, and Elijah, 17. (Her sister Ashley Judd and mom Naomi Judd were not on hand for the bash.) Dating since 2009, Judd and Moser announced their engagement last December. Judd divorced her second husband, D.R. Roach after four years in 2007, and split from businessman Arch Kelly III -- with whom she has two children -- in 1998.

The sisters start to heal their wounds, ruining Teresa’s plot
Cease-fire! after a year of estrangement, The Real Housewives of New Jersey sisters Caroline and Dina Manzo are poised to put the past behind them. “They saw each other on Mother’s Day,” Caroline’s son Albie Manzo tells Hot Stuff. “Mom went down to Grandma’s and Aunt Dina was there, and they talked, which is a good thing.” The ladies aren’t lunching just yet, but they are in touch. “They texted after,” adds Albie (now promoting BLK water). “We’ll see where it goes.” One person who likely won’t get weepy over the reconciliation: Teresa Giudice, 40, the woman Caroline, 50, says tried to turn Dina, 41, against her. “I’m not shocked Teresa’s plan backfired,” says a source. “She’s conniving. She stirs the pot.” Adds another insider close to Giudice, who’s embroiled in a feud with her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga: “If Teresa’s family isn’t getting along, she doesn’t want anyone getting along.”

Ali Fedotowsky didn’t get lucky in Las Vegas. While in Sin City for the June 3 Miss USA pageant, the former Bachelorette, 27, flirted with fellow judge Rob Kardashian — but got the cold shoulder. “Ali’s goal all weekend was to hook up with Rob, and she kept telling friends it would happen,” a source tells Hot Stuff. While her rep says “this is completely untrue,” the insider says Kardashian, 25 — who has been dating British pop star Rita Ora, 21, since December 2011 — “never showed interest in Ali.”

Still keeping it casual? Ashton Kutcher, 34, and Mila Kunis, 28, looked tight as they zoomed around Hollywood on his motorcycle June 17. But a source tells Hot Stuff the That ’70s Show alums — who were spotted sharing meals several times during the spring and even took a three-day road trip getaway outside L.A. in late April — are not an official couple. “They’re not exclusive, but they are hanging out and seeing where it’s going,” says a source close to the pair. And they’re making up for lost time. “They’ve been hot for each other for years,” adds a second insider. “It stretches back to when they were friends on their show!”
