The American Idol favorite enjoyed an intimate dinner with friends at Koi. Each guest received a gift of her new CD. She posed for pictures as well as signed autographs throughout the night. Later in the evening, she screamed in excitement when she received a surprise gift of two Everlon Diamond Knot bangles. She fell in love and immediately had to try them on. Katharine ended her night by stating, "I love everything from the Everlon Diamond Knot Collection! It is such a special moment celebrating the launch of my CD and I felt like a princess".
