In spirit of Breast Cancer Awareness month, the Fashion Footwear Association of New York (FFANY) is joining forces with QVC to broadcast QVC Presents "FFANY Shoes on Sale," a charitable shoe sale to benefit breast caner research and education. This year's program is scheduled to air on QVC Friday, October 15, 2010 from 7pm to 10pm (ET). You can also shop online at qvc.com. In the past 16 years, QVC Presents "FFANY Shoes on Sale" has sold over 1.5 million pairs of shoes as well as donated over $32 million to the cause. This year more than 100,000 pairs of shoes from over 100 brands will be sold for half the manufacturer's suggested retail price, with net proceeds benefiting breast cancer research and education institutions. Fergie, renowned artist and member of The Black Eyed Peas is the 2010 Spokesperson for QVC Presents "FFANY Shoes on Sale" and specially designed the shoe.
