Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom is engaged to marry girlfriend Miranda Kerr. The actor has been dating the Australian since 2007 and they have repeatedly denied gossip reports that they’re heading down the aisle. Kerr even denied the most recent engagement rumors in February, when she was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger. She had insisted then, the band was of no real significance, explaining, "We were in Cannes at the film festival and it was so hot that my fingers were swelling. I was wearing it on that finger because that’s the only one it would fit on. It was totally an innocent thing." But Bloom’s spokesperson is now confirming the sexy star has proposed to Kerr and the couple is making plans to wed. His PR rep told ETonline.com, "Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are getting married."
