FORMER TEEN IDOL LEIF GARRETT ARRESTED

Former teen idol Leif Garrett has been charged with a felony count of heroin possession after he was arrested in Los Angeles California on Monday. Leif, who shot to worldwide fame at the young age of 15 with his 1970s single 'I Was Made For Dancin', was charged yesterday and posted $10,000 bond. The 48 year old is due to be arraigned on February 24th. He was originally taken into custody on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance after cops busted him at the Metro Red Line station and he allegedly confessed to having black tar heroin in his shoe.
