HUBLOT TENNIS FUSION CELEBRITY CHALLENGE
The Hublot “Tennis Fusion” Celebrity Challenge featured Bode Miller, Justin Gimelstob, and Sebastian Stan among others in a doubles tennis match. In addition, Bode Miller gave his first press conference in the U.S. in support of the new Hublot Bode Bang limited edition watch, which aims to support The Turtle Ridge Foundation. In just five years, Hublot has become one of the most sought-out high-end watch brands with some of its timepieces making watch history, such as the One Million Dollar Big Bang, All Black Big Bang and Mag Bang watches. In 2008 Hublot was bought by the LVMH group with Jean-Claude Biver undoubtedly enjoying his constant challenge as CEO of the brand and leading the company's guiding principle of "Fusion," which combines unusual materials such as gold with ceramic, tantalum, magnesium and titanium with a modern version of Hublot’s rubber strap. Bode Miller, legendary U.S. skier, joined the Hublot family on February 2009, after having won the 2008 Overall World Cup title and becoming the 5th athlete ever to win World Cup races in all 5 disciplines. Bode’s other accomplishments include being a 2-time Olympic Medalist, 2 Overall World Cup titles, and 31 career World Cup wins.The Turtle Ridge Foundation was started in 2005 by Bode Miller and his family. It is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting health, diversity, and sustainable living through sports. At the Hublot “Tennis Fusion” Celebrity Challenge, Hublot and The Turtle Ridge Foundation donated a 5-digit sum to Harlem Youth Tennis and Education Program.
