24 star Kiefer Sutherland has reignited his budding romance with his ex-wife Kelly Winn, according gossip reports. The actor broke up from the former model in 1999 after three years of marriage, but he only filed for divorce in 2004. Their marriage was legally declared over in May 2008 but their love for one another has not died, and Winn is back in Sutherland's arms, according Star magazine. A source says, "She really understands him and his quirks, and once the pressure was off to fix the marriage, he relaxed and became more open with her. He's finally realized he never should have left Kelly."
