JUDE LAW REFUSING TO SEE NEW DAUGHTER

British star Jude is allegedly refusing to see his new daughter until a DNA test proves that he is the father, according to media reports. Samantha Burke gave birth to baby girl Sophia on Tuesday after a very brief fling with Jude earlier this year, while he was filming Sherlock Holmes in New York City. Jude had previously promised to stand by Burke and help to raise the child, but Britain’s News of the World newspaper claims the actor is not planning to see little Sophia until he has proof he is the father. A source tells the publication, "Jude is still very cautious about Sam and Sophia. Until he is 100 per cent certain she is his daughter he is only communicating through lawyers. "If he is the father he will meet his obligations to the child. He’s hoping for an early chance to establish that he is genuinely her dad."
