PARIS HILTON EXPECTED IN COURT TOMORROW

Reality star Paris Hilton will be in a Miami court on Friday, to testify against allegations she failed to adequately promote her 2006 movie flop "Pledge This!" Bosses at Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc., who are claiming the television actress neglected to honor her promotion and publicity agreements for the film, are suing Hilton for breach of contract and are insisting she owes investors $8.3 million.The movie executives claim Hilton was paid $1 million for her acting services and for "reasonable promotion and publicity" for the film, which featured her as the president of an exclusive sorority. A judge rejected a motion by Hilton's legal team to dismiss the lawsuit in May and the trial began on Thursday. Hilton, who maintains she did her best to promote the picture, is expected in court on Friday."Pledge This!" did not do well in the movie theatres.
