The wild and crazy International artist Kevin Berlin who divides his time between his studios in Florence, Italy and Southampton, New York returned to the Hamptons this weekend for his annual 4th of July exhibition and performance art piece. This year the bushy haired Berlin reeled in a live Mermaid! More than 200 people witnessed the catch of the day! A real Mermaid (Ina Visich) was reeled in by artist Kevin Berlin (in wetsuit) during his live performance on Jobs Lane at the opening of his "One Fish . . . Two Fish" at RVS Fine Art Gallery in Southampton, New York. The peripatetic Berlin is next off to Odessa, Russia to play with the tigers in the Odessa International Circus for a few weeks.
