Josh was released from Los Angeles California Cedars-Sinai Medical Center earlier this month after suffering a gastrointestinal disorder. The actor proved he is back to his old ways on Thursday. The star had a boozy night out with pals at the Florida Room in Miami’s Delano Hotel. A source tells People.com, "Josh jumped on stage with a local Miami band. He looked happy and was having fun."
