KIMORA LEE SIMMONS RUMORED WEDDING

Kimora Lee Simmons and actor boyfriend Djimon Hounsou reportedly enjoyed a wedding ceremony in Africa last summer, but the nuptials aren't legally binding as the famed designer was not yet divorced. The happy pair, are expecting their first child together. They began dating after Simmons brokeup from Russell Simmons in 2006. And the couple decided to celebrate their love with an unofficial "wedding" in Hounsou's native Benin, Africa, according to the New York Daily News. A source tells the publication, "She went whole hog with the African theme -- there were African drums, a traditional ceremony with dancers ... they even had a hut!" The couple reportedly took Simmons' two young daughters -- Ming and Aoki, from her marriage to Russell Simmons along to the ceremony and enjoyed a romantic honeymoon in Paris, France, afterward. However, the union cannot be legally recognized in the United States as Simmons' divorce was not finalized until January. The couple is reportedly planning a second ceremony in America later this year to make their marriage official.
