CHRISTINA APPLEGATE WANTS NEW YORK CITY

Broadway and Television star Christina Applegate is planning a return to the great white way after four years of making her debut in New York City. The talented actress is admitting she has wanted to return to theatre since she was in Sweet Charity, which earned her a Tony Award nomination for best actress in a musical. And while she’s currently filming her television comedy Samantha Who? in Los Angeles California, Applegate is insisting on returning to the Broadway stage. The star feels New York City is her other home. She says, "I’ve always felt so safe and good here. I felt like myself. I want to come back here and do some Broadway. I want to do small films, I want to continue with the show, I want to travel."
