The other night at the opening of New York’s hot new restaurant, Seäsonal Restaurant & Weinbar, guests enjoyed innovative Austrian & German wine and cuisine created by executive chefs and co-owners, Wolfgang Ban & Eduard Frauneder. Diane Kruger, who is currently filming Quentin Tarantino’s newest movie Inglourious Basterds, stopped by for dinner, sans beau Joshua Jackson. Seäsonal has already attracted many of New York’s elite. Seäsonal offers a fresh perspective on “traditional” Austrian & German cuisine, challenging the long standing expectations that many believe are true.
