Hollywood star Kevin Bacon was hit hard by the $50 billion Wall Street fraud. The actor lost almost everything in the scandal. Bacon and his wife, actress Kyra Sedgwick, were named as the latest celebrity victims of the Bernard Madoff securities scam last month. Former NASDAQ chairman Madoff was arrested on December 8th on charges of securities fraud after allegedly ciphering billions of dollars from his clients in a scam that collapsed when people began asking for their money back. And although the star's spokesperson refused to release details of how much Bacon and Sedgwick lost in the fraud, the famed star has now confessed it cost him everything except his home and the money in the couple's joint bank account. But he is insisting he will not let it wreck his life, and he is already on the lookout for his next blockbuster movie. Bacon tells Life & Style magazine, "We'll march on. We have to. There's nothing you can do about it. You can't change what happened. Things could be worse. You remember that, and you go on with your life. I didn't see it coming. I don't have anything lined up right now, but I need to work, for obvious reasons."

Editors Note: Bernard Madoff should have been sent to jail to await trial. He has the means to flee if he wants too. He tried to send jewelry worth millions to friends and family which was against his bail agreement. He is sitting in his fancy New York City penthouse with his maids and servants under house arrest. To look at the video of this man going back to his apartment, with a smirk on his face like he can do what ever he wants. He is pushing and shoving photographers and members of the press. He has a look on his face, like who the hell are all of you to even question me. Charities lost billions and may be forced to closed. People have lost their life savings and this guy sits in his penthouse apartment being serviced by his servants. All his money should be frozen so he cant pay them and his other bills. Why does this crook still have money to pay his rent and staff? This man needs to be in Rikers Island to await trial. When are we going to start taking care of these crooks that have ruined lives and the country?
