Television icon Barbara Walters' 10 Most Fascinating People list. The quartet joins Beijing Olympics hero Michael Phelps and actor Frank Langella on the list. Walters' pick for the Most Fascinating Person of the year will be revealed when her annual talk show special airs on December 4th. Last year, Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling landed in the top spot.
