PEACHES GELDOF DENIES MARRIAGE SPLIT

Bob Geldof's partying daughter, Peaches, is denying reports that she is set to divorce her husband of less than 100 days. Stories in a British tabloid over the weekend said that the 19-year-old socialite had told pals she was planning to split from New York musician Max Drummey, who she wed in Las Vegas in August. Geldof's daughter has denied she is to divorce the musician, but admits the couple often said things "in the heat of the moment," which may have been to blame for the rumors.A spokesperson for Geldof says, "Like all couples, Max Drummey and Peaches Geldof have their ups and downs, and things might be said in the heat of the moment. They are still together and they are not divorcing."But a pal of Geldof has revealed that the rocky romance may still have problems, telling Britain's The Sun, "It is true they have had some serious rows and things have got pretty bad. Peaches undermined the relationship when she said she didn't marry expecting it to last but Max is deeply in love and he will fight to save the relationship."And Drummey is so determined to keep his wife happy, "he has left the apartment to join Peaches at a bolthole where they have both said they will work together to try and sort things out," according to the friend. Drummey and Geldof wed after a month-long courtship.
