Billionaire developer, Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump and New Jersey Governor, John Corzine attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the new Chairman Tower at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. Mark Juliano, Chief Executive Officer of Trump Entertainment Resorts; Rosalind Krause, General Manager of Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort; and Atlantic City Mayor, Scott Evans were also in attendance.The Chairman Tower features 782 guest rooms, including 74 suites, eight of which will be at the Penthouse level and offer full-scale luxury. These suites boast the same striking style, plush amenities and impeccable service for which Taj Mahal's legendary Penthouse Suites are renowned. All of the rooms in the Chairman Tower have been designed with the business and leisure traveler in mind. Larger rooms with higher ceilings and modern bathrooms, pillow-top mattresses, luxury bedding and other amenities offer guests a luxurious residential experience during their stay. Once open, Trump Taj Mahal’s room inventory in The Chairman Tower and Taj Tower will total 2,032 rooms and suites.In addition Trump Taj Mahal welcomes another new addition, the restaurant Il Mulino New York, which officially opens on September 30, 2008.
