Brazilian race car driver and "Dancing with the Stars" champion Helio Castroneves has been indicted, accused of failing to pay tax on his huge $5 million earnings. The dancing star and his sister Katiucia and lawyer Alan Miller are all implicated in the charges of conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and tax evasion. According to papers, obtained by
TMZ.com, the trio stands accused of using "an offshore Panamanian shell corporation, Seven Promotions, to conceal and disguise the true and correct amount of Helio Castroneves' income from the Internal Revenue Service." The authorities claim Castroneves was paid $2 million by a Brazilian trading company but made it appear that he only received $200,000, among other charges. If found guilty the trio faces 10 years in federal prison.
