The 42nd President of the United States William Clinton gives the opening remarks of the "Opening Plenary Session: A Call to Action" of the Clinton Global Initiative in the Metropolitan Ballroom at the Sheraton Hotel today in New York City. Mayor Mike Bloomberg and Lance Armstrong were also on hand for this important event, as was Bono who is the champion of world causes.
